The best pediatrician of my three kids every since they were born
Not a HIPAA compliant facility. The office staff is unprofessional and looses paperwork. If you value service, this place is not for you. If you also want to ensure the integrity of your records, this place is not for you.
He refused to attend my Childrens just because my previous Pediatrician who refer me to him was his best friend...my 2 months old baby and my 18 months baby need urgent care...but he said that was like going out with the exgirfriend of his best friend...very unprofessional!!!...also the staff service it's really bad they really need to work on Customer service!

I MOVED FROM CALIFORNIA TO LAS VEGAS ABOUT A YEAR AGO WAS REALLY HESITANT ON FINDING A DR. FOR MY SON SINCE THE 1ST ONE I TOOK HIM TO LACK INTEREST AND CARE FOR MY SON'S HEALTH. I WAS REFERRED TO DR. OSHIRO FROM A PATIENT OF MINE AT WORK. I TOOK HIM TO HIS FIRST APPOINTMENT AND FEEL LIKE DR. REALLY CARED AND WAS REFERRED RIGHT AWAY TO SOME SPECIALIST FOR SOME CONCERNS OF MINE. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH DR'S VISIT. STAFF NOT TO FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING SO THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! HANDS DOWN DR. ANDREW OSHIRO IS GREAT AND KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE'S DOING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PEDIATRIC DR.
