Inefficient and extremely difficult to speak to anyone, book an appointment or actually have a conversation with your provider that lasts any more than 53 to 5 minutes because they need to move on to another patient. A handful a good doctors that are handcuffed by the bureaucracy and inefficiency of the system.
Extremely long wait at the drive thru pharmacy. I'd rather pay for the prescriptions and have the convenience of a neighborhood pharmacy. Such a waste of time on a work day. Over 1 hour.
I have been calling them for a week and they have not answered the phone!! Very rude
Get in and out with appointments no problem, they care and doing their jobs.
I'm very disgusted with the front desk person I talked to. Not only were they rude and snarky, but they transferred me with no comment. When dealing with spouses and family members of military they should be a little more courteous and caring. What should have been a wonderful call turned sour for me.
