Lahey eye clinic awesome. Always get friendly professional service for chronic issue. FREE PARKING HERE, not in Burlington! Yes, during cv19, more difficult to get into the building but we understood.

I have been on hold for 50 mins and counting to just make an appointment. I adore my doctor there, but I am reconsidering if this is worth it. The care from the hospital itself truly isn't all there...

Absolutely impossible to make an appointment. I missed an appointment with my Dr. because of a work conflict still unable to get an appointment. On hold forever!!

Doctor didn't show up for appointment. Completely unprofessional. Expect to be treated as a number.

Doctors here never have appointments available. For a physical, only appointment they give is for 6 months out. They never respond to messages on time. A call to clinic is never answered, you almost always have to leave a message.

I had to go to the lab today and I was pretty worked up about something I had forgotten to do regarding my health. Takisha I',m sure I am way off with the spelling was there. She was so considerate and kind. I just wanted the powers that be to know. Thank you Takisha for being so nice. Betty Crosby

I called to get a new primary doctor and the woman on the phone was so rude.

The staff is rude and no appointments are ever available.

Always end up getting the care i need but man sometimes im waiting for hours and the coordination is weak.
