If I could give no stars, I would. The service I have receive from their phone customer service team has been abysmal. I waited on the phone for 30 mins to get someone on the phone and that person told me I had the wrong department. The number that they gave me I called waited another 25mins and the customer service person said I needed to call back to the original department. I called them back and waited yet again only to be told that they couldn’t help. These phone operators either don’t KNOW their job or simply DONT WANT TO DO their job. BEWARE!!!!
Refused to notarize affidavit because they said they couldn't verify the information. It isn't the notary's responsibility to verify or authenticate the information. They verify the SIGNATURE. The contents of the affidavit are between the signer and the US Passport Agency. Furthermore how can you truly "verify" ANY document without research and or supporting documents? My mother is elderly and currently going through chemo. This refusal was both unnecessary and out of the scope of the notary position
The incident "FRAUD" happened inside your company in my account...You should put my money back while doing your investigation...this is inacceptable
It's in a convenient location. Their hours are reasonable but they only have one outside atm machine.
I have been with with for over 10 years. I use to like this bank but the customer service is becoming trash. When you try to call on the phone the number doesn’t work. When you call the HQ you’re on hold for hours just to check the status of a loan app. Also I been changed my address on the website and on the phone and for some reason my mail keeps going to old addresses. AFCU GET IT TOGETHER!!!
Ms.Vanessa Hilton has handled my husband and I so professionally that we decided to change everything over to Andrews. There's absolutely nothing that takes the place of good ole fashion customer service and being able to apply that to the public. Having knowledge about your services and compassionate enough to relay the information to the public . I applaud them for a job well done.
I have banked at AFCU for over 20 yrs. We are retired Military. The staff are always pleasant and professional. I now live in SE -DC and utilize that Branch. I have never had a problem and all my needs have been met.
They never answer the phone...DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM.. THEY WILL NOT COLLECT THE MONEY ON TIME. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM.. They take all week to collect the money from the atm so your hard earned money is put on hold because their lazy AF. They are the most professional lazy group of people i have ever meet.. Can we get a manager here that actually makes then work!!
