How is being open 10-4 helpful to anyone with a job?
Not a great experience, I’ve always found the people at BoA to be very friendly and helpful but this time it was not that. The lady helping me was very rude... Had a horrible look on her face and was telling off one of the other employees while she helped me... The lady next to her was very nice and had a smile on her face the whole time. I wish I would of received help from her. I understand people have bad days, I work in retail so I understand. But remember to leave it all outside.. Put a smile on your face and be happy to have a job and help people!

If you go to this location, you're guaranteed to wait in line. Every transition takes 5-15 minutes and they only leave one teller open. Don't worry, the manager will stand right next to you to greet you - but apparently he doesn't know how to run the teller system.
The jury is out on this. I opened an account and they assigned me a relatively novice banker - I asked for somewhat basic payment instrument and the two bankers helping me out do not know about it. Sigh!
Great experience. Employees are professional and very nice. They go out of their way to assist you. They are efficient and very quick in getting you in and out.
Service here is fast, in out. The manger is very helpful. Or managers since they have a high turn over rate.
This is the Financial Center I usually go, because it's close to where I live. And the People there are always nice and try their best to help you, maybe you have to wait in Line for a bit, but that's normal.
As reported by other reviews, this branch only keeps one teller open and in fact the manager was standing and smiling but not manning the empty teller.
