Andy B's Restaurant & Entertainment

I have been here about 5 times and have never had a complaint. Everything at Andy B's is clean and functional. The staff is helpful and efficient, and the overall atmosphere is fun. If I had any small grievances, it would be slightly overpriced food and arcade games but nothing outrageous! Highly recommend for small or bigger parties, and great fun for dates as well!

I've been to this bowling alley several times now. It's a very fun place and have had good experiences up until today. Went today with my 11 year old boy and 7 year old girl today. When we were getting our shoes and paying for our lane. Things seemed a lot different. As always I asked for bumpers for the gutters, this has never been an issue until today. I was told "no". That was a bit of a surprise, I understand that that are probably the age to be without, but to me this isn't for the clerk to judge, or is it?. There has never been an issue in the past, but today it was. I was told that they are tall enough and kids that age could break the equipment. This instantly upset my kids as they are use to the bumpers and caused for many, many gutterballs and an awful overall experience. As I said the kids and myself have been here many times and love this place, but if today is any indication of things to come, we will find a bowling alley to accommodate our wishes. Thanks

This was the first, and last time I bowled at Andy B's. The prices are outrageous. To bowl, you have a certain amount of time to finish your game. My party of four bowled three games and cost $81. We wanted to eat while we were bowling, but bowling with a time limit, we were unable to do so. If you want to enjoy a relaxing game, I suggest you visit any other bowling center and stay away from Andy B's.

Really clean. Helpful staff. Game selection was okay, but seemed easier to win tickets for prizes than other places. Had a great time; definitely will be back in the future.

I give this 4 stars only because it is A) in Springfield, and B) it is less insanity inducing the Incredible Pizza or D&B's. Good place to take the kiddos. Not the biggest selection of video games but that may not be the worst idea. Increases the cycle time for the kids to burn through those credits so we can all get back to living our lives. Oh and the VR game thingy that costs 8 bucks is cool.
