Andy's Old Port Pub

About

Extraordinary pizza and Pub fare. Live acoustic music every night. Never a cover. Local brews and waterfront style cocktails.

Story

A great little pub located in Portland's historic waterfront. It is frequented by locals, business people, islanders, fishermen, music lovers and the occasional tourist who's lucky enough to find their way here.

Andy's menu includes the freshest of fish & chips, one of the best burgers in town, homemade stews, meatloaf and macaroni and cheese, salads, wraps, and pizzas that rival some of New York's finest. Ask for the blueberry pie! One of the owners is vegetarian so there is always meat-free options available.

Live local music scheduled 7 nights a week, great local beers, many on tap, and a guaranteed great meal makes Andy's Old Port Pub the perfect gathering place.

"Neighborhood pub serving locally sourced and homemade seafood and pub fare. 18 draft lines committed to local craft beer, and a full bar that has special attention paid to its whiskey and tequila selections. All served in an atmosphere that values and presents a comfortable and relaxing vibe."

Came for the $5 margaritas they don't skimp!, stayed for the fried pickles, friendly staff and laid back atmosphere. Taking a look at the menu, wondering about that lobster roll and blueberry pie everyone is raving about. Big room in the back with a pool table and unpretentious people eating and conversing. You might want to ask the price of the lobster roll before ordering.
We stopped here on a food tour for the fish tacos made with fresh haddock and beer. Andy himself came out and gave us some history and talked about how fresh and homemade the meals are. It's a rather unassuming place with stellar chefs, and a friendly and engaging staff.
Service was good and the lobster bruschetta was very good. We indulged with the traditional lobster roll and shrimp Po boy. They will not disappoint!
Amazing place with awesome music and a great ppol table. This place has a lot of character amd definitely qorth a visit. The fried mushrooms were amazing!!
Definitely recommend. The staff here are so nice. We went tonight, and arrived just after 9 and the chef kindly still cooked us dinner even though they were meant to be finishing work. The food was nice, and the drinks were good too. If we had more nights we would definitely come back.
A local suggested this place- and it turn out to be the best lobster roll place in Portland. The food was so fresh n everything was perfectly cooked. Portion are quite good enough and their freshly made fries. Lobster stew was good too
The food was phenomenal. We got a New York style pizza that lived up to it's name. And pulled pork putine. The best poutine this side of the border. The staff were friendly and attentive and the manager Tonya was a gracious, affable host. 10/10!
Stopped in here on a Saturday night for a quick dinner and a couple of beers. Food, beer and service were good and it was easy to get a table.
Great live music, drinks, and friendly staff! Really appreciated their thoughts on different restaurants and local places to see. I even accidentally left a bag, and one of the staff ran it out to me on the street. Great place.
The bartender was friendly, He allowed me to sample a crafted beer. The food was excellent!
