Great doctor but his staff is lacking professionalism. They don't answer their phones or texts. 14 days trying to call them to set up an appointment is ridiculous. Their excuse is there's only 1 of us at the front desk. I said, that one person couldn't take 1 minute to call me back in 14 days? She claims Dr is aware of the issues but how can that be ok?

Great doctor but only If you can get his staff to answer the phone. They don't even reply to text messages. I call from the time they open and they only answer the phone after the doctor has already left for the day. For regular check ups but God forbid you have an emergency you can never reach him! Going to the office is like waiting for bad bunny tickets. I've waited 4 hours for a check up! I've been with him for 20 years and this is ridiculous

Dr . Lazo is fantastic. Knowledgeable, caring, an expert on the area of COVID-19. His staff is excellent and accommodating. Could not recommend highly enough

Dr. Lazo saved my life 20 years ago and continues to monitor and help me through any medical challenges. He cares about his patients health and prevention of serious problems affecting patients such as diabetes. I fully recommend him.
