Dr Borghini is the epitomy of excellence and dedication, she’s been my doctor for 20 years. She cares and take the time to listen to you and addresses any questions and concerns you may have. Her commitment to her patients goes beyond just their medical needs, she’s very thorough and shows genuine interest in her patients. Dr. Borghini has a very pleasant and professional office staff. Any time I call her office to refill a prescription or request an appointment they answer the phone very cordially. They always try to work within my busy schedule to give me a quick appointment or offer a virtual appointment through ZOOM when I’m not able do a typical office visit. When I need follow-up visit with a specialist, they even offer to make the appointment for me. I’ve never seen a more friendly and dedicated staff.

The worst Dr. Office anybody can be in. You sit and wait from 2-3hrs maybe more depending what day it is for the Dr. She’s always rescheduling my appts. She always takes off and plenty of times has forgotten to send me my medication. She used to have a crew of Spanish girls. Is she has a white girl sitting in the front that does absolutely nothing and you can not communicate with her she looks at you and then had the girl next to her take care of me. This office is getting worse by the yr. As soon as I find a good Dr I will be gone.

Kind, professional, and communicative. Her office staff are also all very kind and helpful. The building is located on a very busy block so take public transit, walk or build in time to find parking. The office is so nice, serene, and comfortable. Great service overall and I highly recommend Dr. Borghini to anyone looking for a PCP!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came here for Uscis forms and we’ve been back 3 times for them to correct their mistakes. I come back and they just keep making mistakes and not even fixing them quickly. Stay away if you want your uscis case to be approved

DR. Borghini is the best! She has very personable bedside manner. She is very knowledgable and has an amazing way of explaining medical terms in simple ways that you can understand what is happening with you. I have been her patient for more than 15 years. She has been treating me for chronic migraine headaches. Her medical advice and treatment has make it possible for me to be able to manage a very debilitating condition. She’s always available when you need her and even opens her office on Saturdays once a month to accommodate patients that can’t come during the week. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Borghini is very compassionate physician with what she does. The downfall is her medical assistant thinking that they know how to triage the patient and which one needs urgent attention and not. As a patient i seek the doctor help for my illness and she prescribe a medication that I believe interact with my other meds. Called the office they said physician is busy i briefly explain what i need and the medical assistant said obviously if you have difficulty breathing stop taking it. Problem is how will you stop a medication if it helps with the condition. How can a medical assistant assess you over the phone without notifying the doctor. She might think the condition is not that important when maybe its a severe problem. Medical assistant should be more mindful when giving their opinions to patients and assessing the severity of each patient condition. Their physician might end up with malpractice just because they categorize a patients condition on what they believe its not that important and the patient end up in the hospital. Just be cautious.

Dr. Borghini is very thorough. She listens and feels that if you don't like your doctor, you won't be able to get better. I am a chronic I'll patient and she was the first doctor who took the time to say that. She takes her time with you and makes sure all your questions are answered. She even calls you if you have problems.

I have a secret, Margarita Borghini has been my doctor and the doctor of my family for over 20 years. She truly knows how to keep me and my family healthy. But when you do come to see her be patient. Because everybody now knows my secret. The best Doctor!

Dr. Borghini is a wonderful doctor. She is very compassionate and cares about her patients. She took her time to listen to me, and understood my concerns. If you're looking for a compassionate and caring doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Borghini.

Impossible to get in touch with the office regarding bills and insurance claims. You get put on hold for 20 minutes and immediately get hung up on once you reach a person. This happened multiple times. I have also sent faxes and emails but there was no acknowledgement. Edit: responsiveness seems to have improved after I made this review.
