I was looking for a reliable family doctor for my family. This clinic was recommended by a friend. I thought I'd test it before sending other family members there. So I've been there twice. The first visit was for some none-serious abdominal issue which normally will cost $25 copay. The doctor said they can't do anything before I do my annual physical check with them, they took a blood and urine sample, charged my insurance $1000 but never called me back to discuss my results or the reason for my abdominal issue. I called them a month after the test to inquire about results, they had a nurse call me back just to tell me the test didn't reveal any serious problems. The whole conversation lasted for 3 minutes. I ended up paying my insurance $125 in deductible. I made a mistake and went back again to help me with issues related to my photophopia associated with opphthalmic condition. A female doctor who handled the case was so rude. She didn't even bother to perform a simple diagnosis test, not sure what was her name. I ended up going to another doctor in Brooklyn who was able to help me out immediately. I'm not sure who runs that clinic. Dr. Mohammad can be a good doctor if he follows up with his patients and doesn't delegate his work to other doctors or medical assistants. Update: Today I checked my insurance records and I found that they actually charged my insurance $175 for the 3 minute phone call about my physical check and another $175 for the visit for which they declined service!

Went last week to get a check up and needed a script for a mammogram but it wasn’t given to me called back and was told that come in to get it and it would only be about 3 minutes when I arrived the male and female sitting at the desk totally ignored me and then the female gets up and goes into the back I asked the male do I need to take a number and informed him I was the person who called about the script then the female tells me to sign in I need to see the Dr I said I just saw the Dr the other day and only needed the prescription I pushed the sign in sheet back toward her & left after returning they gave me a copy of a prescription not the original and the Dr gave me a referral form that he didn’t fill out told me to fill it out myself. Most if not all of the Elamir clan are money hungry 192 Harrison is a Dr’s mill they want you to see any and all specialists in that same office and half the time it looks like you’re at a Methadone clinic they way people be standing around looking like their own something I found me another Dr where they don’t have rat boxes throughout the whole office like on Kennedy Blvd

The staff is really nice and I have been able to get appointments easily as needed. I wish the office was cleaner and looked more professional. It’s not well kept and is off putting as a medical office. I just think at a minimum it should be sterile and clean and more organized.

On 5/27/2021 I had to reach out to Dr Elmair office due to and upcoming procedure that I was having... I needed to speak with the doctor with urgency... I’ve been trying to reach her for over a week at this point. So when someone at the front desk picked up I proceeded to explain the reason why I needed to talk to the doctor and how important it was... He explained that she was seeing other patients and I would need to wait ... I said that’s fine so he put me on hold... After sometime has passed Winnie pick the phone up .. So she said to me what’s your date of birth.... I explained I already spoke with someone and I’m waiting for the doctor.. She then hung the phone up on me.. After all that time I was on hold.. I immediately called back she pick the phone up and hung it back up. Not one time but two more times... I kept calling back when .... Someone else finally answered the phone I was so frustrated I was screaming at the top of my lungs... Who in there right mind bad day or not would hang up on a patient not knowing them or what’s going on ... In my case at that present moment my surgery is the most important thing that’s going on .. They had me on hold for One hour and nineteen minutes to be exact.. My daughter drove to the office while I was still on hold... And spoke with the doctor while I still was on hold... The fax that my oncologist should have received from Dr Elmair office that day on 5/27/2021 they never received it............Winnie is her name the one who hung the phone up... I’ve been a Nursing Assistant for 23 years...in the field of dealing with people or patients that’s something that’s unacceptable ...... When something like this happens to you.. Just know you can always file a complaint or a Grievance.. Never let anyone think it’s okay to treat you any kind of way .. That doesn’t have respect with it... How many other people she has done this too ..I’m not the first because she to comfortable doing it... Gage knew she was completely wrong he kept apologize for her actions....... He was very professional very respectful as well very helpful.. if it wasn’t for him I would never got not progress after dealing with Ms. Winnie herself very unprofessional.. I Still can’t believe she did that...

Dr.M.Elimer, was my Dr. He left the state without telling me. Left me with Dr's only one out of 4? had a idea what Sarcoidosis is. Routine bloodwork is done every. 1 to 2 months depending on last results. Im not going talk a lot. But the test where not done. What test was my blood use for.... They took on on things i had no problem with. I did not give permission for them to do. My Cortisone injection last 2 days for pain instead of 2 to 3 mo ths.... Dr M Elamir this is you left. You knew they would not do right. And you dealing with someone who is very aware of the Sarcoidosis in body and other illnesses that it has caused. I someone give work to match what was done to me in that office. Before i go back to my old Dr's in NC in August. The end. This my review. I think i was very nice. And i didn't talking about Harrison ave.

I have to take my Hat off to this Drs. Office. To begin with the staff is great as a whole. They have the best Phlebotomist in town to me, I have extremely small veins and after the first attempt she got it and I felt nothing. They Dr. Natasha and Dr. Elamir takes time out to listen.

I've been going to this office for last 15 years. Im upset they did away with the onlone booking appointment causs when you call there to get appointment its loke pulling teeth to talk to someone. Looking for new office now.

I'm only now finding out about his passing. He was a good Dr. Always explained in detail in layman's terms so that all could understand medical terms & conditions. Sometimes he might talk of Egypt & when he was a young Dr. there. And he also understood the rediculous stipulations of my job. It's also sad that he helped so many people, but he was not able to save himself. He will be missed. RIP, & Condolences to his family.

I have been with Dr Natasha Carew- Lawrence at this office for 2 years The care, time, and attention provided by the staff and Doctor Carew ,and Doctor Elmair is great, is willing and able to give you attention that is required to ensure you get the best care.

A nurse is running a clinic and prescribed me the wrong medication , receptionist rude and not understanding. Never going there again .
