Ankmar Garage Doors

Had an issue with my garage door and Ankmar was sent to repair on a warranty claim from my home's builder new build, still under warranty. They arrived within the service window, were incredibly friendly/straightforward, and spotted the issue quickly. Thorough and quick repair. Walked me through the work they did and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend and will use them again if I ever have garage door issues!

Ankmar's technician Marvin B. did an excellent job replacing our broken spring. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He clearly laid out the options for replacing the existing spring and calculated the life expectancy of the various options. Before he left he lubricated all the moving parts and ensured the garage door was in proper working order. Overall a five star experience.

Knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door recently stopped working and we called Ankmar to come out and take a look at it. Apparently, it is from the 90s and the motors on garage door openers don't usually last that long. Our technician was able to get the correct parts to get the motor running again instead of just telling us that our aged opener had to be fully replaced. We appreciated the honest service.

We had storm doors installed back in August of 2022. The doors themselves are great. The problem is their utter lack of customer service. The install guy lost the keys for one of the doors. No problem, he says, we'll get someone out to re-key that ASAP, get you a new set of keys. The front door cladding is just a little off. No worries, says the install guy, we'll put in an order to get the parts to fix it. There was a scratch on the glass for one of the doors. No problem, says the guy on the phone, we'll replace it. All of these times, I was assured someone would reach out to me shortly, once the parts were in, etc. It's now December. The only times I have spoken to someone at Ankmar were when I called them to ask what was going on. Each time, I was promised that this would be resolved shortly. Nope. So, if you like stuff installed MOSTLY to your specifications, and then being dodged in perpetuity following that, sure, go with Ankmar. I'm sure it will be fine.

I called to get my door fixed following 2 years of decent operation. I was told same day service would be $300+ And before 500pmon a Saturday. Not only did the tech show up in less than 2 hours, but he was able to fix my door in 15 minutes to a better than ever level. The rate was fair considering how quick they are and the quality of work. I will call them again should anything ever break. Also- the door broke because we bumped it with our car and didn’t align it correctly afterwards ‍.

Our garage keypad wasn’t working, so we called Ankmar to come replace it because we thought it was completely dead. The repairman was able to fix the existing keypad which saved us a lot of money. He was very polite & we were very impressed with his knowledge. Thank you so much!!

I called a few places and Ankmar was by FAR the most professional and fast about providing quote and time window. The tech showed up on time and finished the job springs replaced in 20 minutes at the best price I was quoted. Highly recommended.

Ankmar did replace the springs in a shot time frame and serviced the track and chain system that they installed some 30 years ago. 45 minutes start to finish for both doors and servicing total. Great job thanks

I needed a 25 year old Ankmar garage door replaced with a new insulated one. Decided to call Ankmar and a couple other companies around Broomfield. Ankmar earned the business with a great, knowledgeable sales engineer and the best price. The new door installation was pretty darn seemless, except that two of the new garage panels were damaged in shipping. The installer noticed right away and told me not to worry, they would replace those, but was going to put the garage together and finish the install so that I had a usable garage until the replacements came in. After a few days, we had the new date for replacement panels scheduled. That installer was also great, certainly knew his trade well and made the process look pretty easy. Communication was good and price was still better than other companies. Not sure what could have been done better, all things considered. Happy to recommend Ankmar’s doors and service to anyone who needs a new garage door.

Lower garage foorbpanel needed replacement, they came, gave an estimate and delivery date then arrived after a quick confirmation phone call. They were great. Will use everytime!
