Don’t judge the store by the pictures. Yes it was cluttered but she knew exactly where everything was that I needed. She had so many hair selections. She was very sweet and patient.

The absolute worst BSS ever. Products are all over the floor. Yep, the floor. It feels dangerous. The owner is rude to people of color. Only been there once; never again.

Ann is NOT RACIST. I've been coming to her store for about 2 years. She's always been pleasant and nice to me. A lot of you guys have an attitude especially D.C women. She has lots of hair a bit disorganized ,but she has good products.

I love Ann's Beauty Supplies. It might not look like it based on appearance but Ann has everything you need for hair care at very reasonable prices.

Ann was very helpful and has a large diverse inventory. Have a conversation with her and you will know the reason for the unorganization.
