worst healthcare experience i've had in a long time. she didn't talk to me, she was rushed and used a spray on my face without asking and then charged me for it and never diagnosed the spot that was on my face - which is still there, so i am seeing another physician to make sure it isn't anything I should be concerned about.

I've been going to Dr Dinneen for probably 10+ years. I realize she seems straight to the point, but I appreciate her style. She is the perfect combination of business and empathy. She listens well and seems to genuinely care for her patients.. I think she is quite brilliant in her profession! She's a top notch Dr!

The office looks good. However, the behaviors of the doctor we so bad I could not tolerate her and ended the appointment. She never greeted me. I was standing. So she opens the door and says, " I need you to sit in that chair right there". I was not comfortable with her after that. How rude.

She is straightforward and to the point. She cleared up several areas for me. She was kind and caring. I sent my 87 yr old dad there and she fixed him riggtht up. The only reason I have to change is my insurance changed

If you prefer someone who is blunt about potential problem areas, she’s the gal. She’s thorough and doesn’t mess around. All delivered w a side of sarcasm. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Taking away one star for difficulty getting into - though in my experience, all derms are a challenge to get into.

Not impressed. Long delays. She was never able to diagnose my mom’s skin problem after 3 visits and expensive prescriptions. I’ve changed to a different dermatologist.
