Antelope Point Marina Boat Rentals

The guided boat tour of Lake Powell/Antelope canyon was delightful. Captain Melvin was informative and personable. We heard the usual re Canyon age, formation, etc plus some insider tips and hacks from a guy who has lived in the area for a long time (Capt. Melvin). Bottled waters for all. Here's a tip - pull out one of the life-preservers stored under your seat and use it as a cushion for your back as you lean against the rails to take in the canyon. This tour was half the price as the competition but I think we got just as much value for the money if not more.

The woman who heads this place up is totally incompetent. We were told to arrive by 1pm to be able to rent a boat and she unilaterally decided she was done for the day at 12:57. She made up a set of excuses as to why she was closed. This after we drove an hour as a family to get here. If there boats are as good as their service - you’ll surely sink. I wish I could give zero stars.

Very poor marina services, customer service and extremely old houseboats and speed boats that seem to be 20 years old. Our houseboat didn’t have an engine and AC working and the speed boat broke down. Not enough people to come help on the lake and slow to do anything.

Man can't get a brake with these marinas at Lake Powell all there powerboats are terrible. There old and have no power to do any with. Rented from Lake Powell Resort and they have the same junk!

The rental boats and jet skis are really beat up and old. You can’t do any water sports behind them as they don’t have enough power and there only outdrive motors and there really dirty and so old. The houseboat was nice but if you don’t have a good ski boat and jet skis what’s the point of even going to lake powell.
