Houseboat Hell. Rented a houseboat in the off season beginning of April. Was told that the boat included a hot tub. Got there and told that the Model we had rented didn't included a hot tub. Would not have rented this boat and got something less expensive if I didn't want a hot tub. Of course they didn't have any other boats available with a hot tub or for less, so we were told. Proceeded to take the boat, not much choice at this point they already had my money. After getting our odd tour/instructions on how the boat operates we were off on our trip. out on the water we ran into generator problems, because we were told not to touch a switch that we in fact needed to reset if tripped. Then one of the two motors stopped working because of a battery issue. The overall condition of the boat were sub par. Broken door hinges shower that barley worked, missing light bulbs, most of the stuff was dated and need to be refurbished. Nothing like the photos online. We only were going to have this boat for two nights so between mechanical issues and a 21yr old boat that has seen better days our tripped was ruined. Returned the boat after one night didn't want to get stranded on the lake in the off season with no one around and wait for them to come rescue us when we didn't come back in time.Took at least a half day to limp the boat back to the Marina because I only had one motor working. They were so generous to give us a half day credit and pay for the gas that we barley used because we were only using one motor. terrible customer service, terrible instructions on the boats functions and terrible boat conditions. Never again through Aramark.

Nice. It would be better if they put up some shade for while you were standing around near the boat ramps

Needs updating, of course when you are there you don't have any choice, one of Aramark's many monopolies and maybe some of the blame is shared by the National Park Service

Poor options of boat rentals and not clean. Website makes them look a lot better than they are. Very disappointing.
