The wholebellies are spectacular. My friend loved the creamy Portuguese chowder and her clam cakes. Loved it!
We love going to Anthony's whenever we're in Newport, RI. Sad that at this time of year, just a take out. Chowder is creamy and perfect. Clams strips are tasty and such a generous amount they give per order.
Excellent excellent dinner. Lobster roll and crab legs was to die for. Great service . Staff was point on. Will pick up so sea good to bring home. Fresh like it was just caught.
Whenever we are in the vicinity, we make it a priority to go to Anthony's. No frills, just down home chowder, fresh lobster, fish. I'm not sure it gets any better than this.
The stuffed Quahog is the best! Fish stew was my favorite, very unique flavors. My sister-in-law loved the crab cakes. Everyone enjoyed the calamari.
Great Non-tourist Seafood. Visiting and didn't care for the tourist restaurants near the Newport Harbor. Just drove 10 mins and found this little gem. It's a Seafood market and restaurant, can't see how it can get any fresher.
