These new loft apartments are stunning -- exposed brick, cool iron beams, roof deck, new appliances including w/d. I love the staff here and the history of The Pythian.

Rented from them directly as an Air BnB alternative Feb 3rd to the 6th. This place was not as advertised. The entire building smelled like a dispensary. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. No TV in the bedroom even though pics show it. WE DIDN'T HAVE WATER HALF OF THE TIME AND NOT AT ALL ON THE LAST DAY. There was no detergent for washing clothes. No complete kitchen supplies. They had some fine print rules never disclosed that we had to clean up the apartment as well as wash the linens even though we'd paid a cleaning deposit. Because we had no water on the last day we could not wash the dishes. We did our best to clean up without water or supplies but they still STOLE our cleaning deposit as well as charged us almost $300 in fees. Do not recommend and would never stay there again.

The Sonder apartments in the Pythian building in New Orleans are a huge disappointment. Trying to contact customer service is a joke. You cannot get a hold of anyone locally. You wait on hold for forever to talk to someone who needs to "reach out" to whoever runs it locally. We were told we'd have a 2 bed 2 bath, we got a 1 bed, loft, and 2 bath. There is not enough furniture or towels for the amount of guests and we were only given one key. We are currently going on day 3 of waiting for an extra blanket. Would never stay in a sonder of any kind ever again and definitely would not recommend.

The customer service in dealing with Green Coast Enterprise is horrible. I would not recommend moving into any of their properties as they are slow to respond to any request and are not concerned with the tenants, just receiving their money every month with little to no amenities and services offered for the price. If I could give no stars I would.

The concrete floors are absolutely hideous, the walls are so thin I can hear noise everywhere, and the blinds are too transparent I wake up earlier because of the sun shinning through them. Would not recommend living here.

Cool historic apartment reno in downtown New Orleans. Can't wait to eat at the market!

Sketchy... so many much better, safer options in NO.
