Website for pool reservations doesn’t work. Front desk only suggestion was to go to the website.. that doesn’t work. Unresponsive when we said it doesn’t. Then told us it was booked to capacity even though we went up there prior and it was empty… Did appear to be a gorgeous and very chill vibe.
Called to inquire about an outing. Info received on the phone vs what's on their website is contradictory. I'm afraid to plan to meet my friends there. C'mon people

I love the vibe. It's a poolside bar on top of Nopsi hotel.
Gotta be a hotel guest and the front desk guy didn't take kindly to black folks coming up and asking, wouldn't recommend unless you know someone staying at the hotel
