Just to say how rude and rude the manager of this store is. I bought 16 mugs online to give away and forgot to include the gift packaging in my order. I drove 1 hour to get to this store to BUY the bags with the store's logo and the MANAGER barely looked at me and told the employee that she couldn't give me or sell the bags. I thought it was horrible how am I going to give a gift wanting to have the packaging of the store and brand and a manager refuses to give the bag with the BRAND logo ??? I've never seen that in my life. She was very rude in not even saying a word to me as a customer.

I think this store has a really cool vibe, even though I'm just following the women in my family as they go through it. My daughter described it as "a thrift store where prices start at $150." About sums it up.

It smelled HORRIBLE in here. I couldn't stay long enough to pick out anything. Imagine your least favorite perfume, 10x stronger. It was that bad. I'm sure the clothes were cute but the scent ruined everything. For Christ's sake choose a new air freshener.

Drove a long way to get to the nearest Anthropologie store in Burlington Massachusetts . I had some items to return and one for exchange . The store manager had such an attitude. She told me all of the items that I bought online are final sale .I brought them back. I contacted Anthropologie customer service turned out they’re all returnable . just wasted time and money to get to the store and now I have to pay for the shipping of the items back . Disappointed

It's been a while I was in a Anthropologie store but at least this one appeared to be much more main stream. Except for the decor and display, many of the items sold did not remind me of the Anthropology I used to know a couple of years back. My first impression was that they might want to appeal to a broader customer base. It is worth to stop by and have a look nevertheless.

Went in to shop today at 7:15pm. I had some great things picked out, but then I was told the fitting room is closed for the rest of the night. How does it make sense for a store to be open, but close the fitting room is closed ahead of time? I would have probably bought everything I I picked out, but definitely not without trying on first!

Great selection & unique styles in this clothing & home goods store. The prices are a bit high but there is almost always a good selection of clothes & home decorative items on sale. Definitely worth a visit when visiting the Burlington Mall.

It is and always has been one of my favorite stores to shop! Literally everything they have here is so beautiful. They sell an array of items from clothing, to decor, all the way down to the knobs for furniture. Every time I come in here I have the urge to redo my kitchen again!

Cool clothes but overpriced unless you can find a markdown. Stock is reduced fairly quickly and sale prices are great. They also have some unique kitchen and gift items. I love this store.

This is one of the cleaner stores at the mall. All the stuff is beautiful it is just the issue of having money. This store is not budget friendly. Some of the clothes cost as much as rent. I have never actually purchased anything from here but everything looks like it is nice quality.
