Older woman working was incredibly condescending. I think I mixed up fibers talking about dry cleaning and she rudely rolled her eyes and corrected me. Definitely don't like being belittled prior to spending money somewhere.

Had the best experience here today. Everyone was nice and very helpful. I was looking for dresses and they even looked through the recent online returns to see if they had any other styles I could try on. I ended up finding a couple great dresses and left very happy! Thank you again!

They are very conservative.. 25 yrs ago I absolutely loved their clothing... I did a lot of catalog ordering back then so this the first time I ever went into their store...wasn't impressed at... I wanted something in a loafer and They had nothing... How weird is that. They had some shorts and pants out front of the cash register and I couldn't tell if they were women's or men's clothing... What does that say.. And the dark colored ladies pants that were in the women's section looked men's... Ulgy looking... I love their leather loafers without the tassel.. I get it.. Its summer time...but still they didn't even have summer loafers... This store has changed a lot from back in the day when I ordered from their catalog... I wasn't impressed with one thing I saw in there.. Which is sad because I use to absolutely love their clothes...not so much now

I have purchased some dress shirts from here and they are always great quality for a great price on sale online for in-store pickup. Fantastic customer service when you arrive!

Rude associate. Will stick to online shopping.

Didn't get to have an experience. Walked in with my grandson to purchase ties and scarfs for my husband. Not one person greeted me or offered to help me, even though I looked lost. I watched all 3 employees greet the people after me, offer to help the people next to me and around me. Racism at its finest. Thanks again Plaza J. Crew for NOTHING. 2:01 P.M. on Monday June 20th

I had the same experience that Mickey L had. I went in there on Mothers Day 2017. Not one person said anything to me. The lady that choose to not say anything greeted the woman that came in after me. This irritates me because I work in the plaza part time at Sur La Table and I make sure I greet everyone even if I'm with someone. Saying "Hi" goes a long way. I dont like to go places I'm not wanted. HUGE coaching opportunity.

Always have what i am looking for; my only complaint is the missing tall sizes in store. I have to have all of my shirts shipped to the store.

Discovered JCrew only recently. Beautiful, well made clothes at affordable prices.

Beautiful store, I like their women's outfits more than men's.
