A great experience. I thought I had worn suspension, turns out all I needed was a motor mount. Todd was very efficient and all around a good dude. Diagnosis and repair only took an hour including picking up the new mount. Will definitely contact again for any automotive issues I can’t diagnose myself. Thank you guys

My car was not starting after replacing the battery. Carter respectfully took time over the phone to walk me through a few things. Thanks to his patience and expertise I was able to get my car started!Carter you ROCK!! Can't thank you enough!!

They stand behind their work. Made having the repair to my son in laws car very easy when they come to you. Highly recommend them. Very friendly and professional.

Brandon took great care of my truck! They Brandon and Carter were very communicative, informative, thoughtful and thorough with my truck. They were prepared for the worst, even had extra parts on the truck, however he found it to be a relatively simple fix. He even took the time to physically show me the parts I was worried about and how he tested them to ensure they were performing properly in my case he showed me the tie rods and ball joints and how they showed no sign of wear yet. He showed me a possible issue with my steering box was one of my symptoms and showed me how to keep an eye on it. I loved their honesty and really appreciated their non pressure service. I highly recommend and will be recommending them to friends, family, and co-workers.

We have lived in Phoenix for 6 years and have not been able to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Because of that, we put off maintenance on our cars because it felt overwhelming. Finally, we decided we really needed to have a tune up on our Camry with 260k miles on it. I called Anyplace Auto, they were friendly and transparent with pricing and timing. 2 days later they did the tune up in our driveway. The price was exactly what they quoted and the work was done quickly. Unfortunately, the same day our other car broke down. We had it towed to our home. I called Anyplace and they sent someone out first thing the next morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within a couple hours. As a family with many kids and busy schedules, it is absolutely invaluable to have a mechanic come to us. Our cars were in out of commission for the time it took to do the repair. No dropping cars off, picking cars up, and being down a vehicle for days at a time. My ONLY complaints are that the person you talk to on the phone is much friendlier than the person who shows up to do the service. Additionally, both times, the mechanic left trash in our driveway at the completion of the repair plastic grocery bags with old spark plugs/parts. It seems like that should have been disposed of properly.

I am from out of state, and I Hired Any place auto Carterto service a Motor home I purchased online, they went way out of their way to take the drive shaft out, and take it to a repair shop, to have it rebuilt before I arrived to drive it home to Ohio! Yes on the other side of the country. Carter also checked the Motor home over to make sure that the batteries were charged, and checked all the fluids in the RV. Carter also mentioned that there was only an ignition key,which was never brought to my attention when I purchased it and made me aware I didn't have any other key's to secure the motor home during my travels home! Thanks to Carter again going out of the way I had time to hire a mobile locksmith to meet me and make some keys so I could secure the Motor home on my way back. I can't say how happy I am to have found them on the internet, and they really go out of their way for customer satisfaction. You won't be disappointed if you hire Anyplace auto I promise!

What a wonderful experience! So here's the back story. The A/C went out on my Kia Soul. I was looking to set up some appointments during the 4th of July weekend for the upcoming week as I assumed no one would be around due to the holiday. To my surprise, Carter called me Sunday?!!?!?...on a holiday weekend of all things, and got me all set up for an appointment. Their technician Todd he's a big teddy bear...his words not mine LOL came out, diagnosed the issue, went to go pick up the parts, including an extra trip because the parts store gave him the wrong items, and got my A/C working again. Side note, another shop gave me a run around on this issue prior to calling Anyplace Auto Repair. They said it was the A/C Compressor when in fact it was the Blower Motor & its Resistor. Anyplace Auto Repair saved me thousands of dollars and headaches. 5 Stars doesn't do this service justice. I found my new new auto repair shop!

Great place with great service and generally about 25% less expensive than most other places I've called. I just had them come by yesterday to change a few hoses for my power steering system. It all went well, and they helped me get the right parts for my car as well. I will use them again.

Great service, fair prices. We've been having Carter do our repairs for a few years now.
