Great gym, always open and always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you go out of town you can always find an anytime. Its great for travelers and also for people who work odd time jobs. 365/24/7. Truly is always clean which is nice compared to the old grungy gyms.

I'm so glad I joined at Anytime Fitness in November.  It's always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.  With everyone's encouragement today, Christmas, completes the 25 day challenge!  Thanks for all your support and help!  Looking forward to a great New Year!

Anytime Fitness in St. Albans is an awesome gym for individuals of all fitness levels. Great and knowledgable staff to greet you when you walk in the door, offer health consultations to help you set your goals, and wonderful trainers to help achieve your goals. Gym is always neat and clean and when you are at Anytime you are truly treated like family. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in getting started in fitness or looking for a new place to workout.
