Senior Fit is one of the reasons I keep renewing my membership. I have been a member of this club for 15 years. I have always appreciated how the staff is always up to date with fresh new programming ideas. 

As a 70 year old, I  really am enjoying the newest program- Senior Fit.

It is a great work out with music appropriate for my generation with instructors who not only lead but educate Seniors on ways to achieve fitness goals. 

I highly recommend this class

Love this place except for the short hours on the wknd. Definitely on Saturdays extend the hours.

Wish the pool at this location was child friendly and the daycare had better hours. The shorter hoyrs on weekends are inconvenient but the facility is clean and staff is friendly. Plenty of equipment.

It's very open and I like the set up. It's not very big but it gives off that vibe.
