To be honest this store doesn't even deserve one star but Google forces me to click at least one. I went into the Gervais Street location and found a pair of shoes but unfortunately, they didn't have my size in the store. I went home and ordered them online (a Friday). I got an email notification confirming my order and another on Tuesday when they shipped from Charlotte. When the shoes arrived they still didn't fit the way I had hoped so I tried to process a return online but found there was no option for that. Next, I tried returning them in store to the Gervais Street location but was told that it "wasn't allowed" and gave me a number to call. I called the number multiple times and left multiple messages but no one ever retuned my calls. I ended up having to do a charge back on my credit card to get a refund. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store & according to most of all the other reviews I'm not alone.

Nice store with great product. The people aren't too personable. I don't get greeted when I walk in and they act like they barely want to help

Only store In South Carolina that carries some of the hardest to find adidas shoes. The staff has always taken care of me.
