I stopped by Leonard in Rockhill South Carolina to price some trailers. Wasn’t in the market to buy that day, but I dealt with a guy named Brian who was very helpful and showed me lots of options. Saw no reason to go anywhere else so I bought that day. Great service!

Absolutely amazing service ! Gave me the pros and cons of each bed cover for my truck & then set up an appointment and had it installed. Wouldn't go anywhere else ! Plus the staff is incredible & knowledgeable and friendly!

I went up there on a Tuesday and ordered an axle for my enclosed trailer. I told the guy I wasnt sure the exact specs on my trailer so he looked it up and told me which trailer I have and ordered the axle I needed. He told me they should have my axle in that same week on Friday. I was surprised and again he told me it would be there the coming Friday. Friday comes and I let it pass. Monday evening and still no call so I call them. I was told that hes not sure why I was told Friday and that it would be a couple weeks. If I would have been told it would be a couple week I would have went elsewhere.( tractor supply had same axle in stock but a little more). I call several times about the axle...2 different times I got someone on the phone. 1 time a guy answered and said he would check on it and call me back. He never called back. A week later I call and a female answers. I tell her my situation and she says she will get him to call me back. Never got that call either. To be honest I dont care about the calls and I kno things get mixed up so I let it go.( Now let me add that my axle is bent on my trailer that's why I ordered another one. About every other week I would have to put new tires on it that's how bad it was.) But approximately 2 months later he calls me and tells me my axle is in. I drive up there to pick it up and he tells me they ordered the wrong axle and the one I need is $32 more. Here's my issue...first off they looked up and told me which axle I need. Again I understand ppl make mistakes ,but why should I have to pay for their mistake? But the part that really gets me is that i wait 2 months on an axle that i was told would be there in 3 days. I made the trip there to order it then to pick up the wrong axle to take home and pay my employees to try and install only to see that it's not the right axle. From the long wait time and their mistake I honestly cant beleive they wanted me to pay that extra. I have my own business and i kno good business and i know that i would have at least told them not to. Worry about the extra. So before i left from picking up my axle i told them what all i had went thru to get the axle...probably $40 in gas $75 in payroll and 2 sets of tires at another $140...I see all these good post...what did I do wrong to not get good treatment like everyone else? I just bought a 2015 silverado that I'm going to do a lot of work to and before my incident with the axle they would have got alot of my money. Now they wont get anymore business from me or anyone I kno for that matter. Bad business shows up.

I had wriiten a very scaving review earlier today but did not post it. I had a bad experience this morning. I contaced the HQ and recieved a very nice phone call. The issue has been resolved. To be fair we all have bad days and I appreciate the out come.
