I honestly don't know where to start. I guess at the beginning. I have been trying to get my supplemental security for 6 long years. Finally I met Steven Earl Thank God for this amazing attorney he got me my benefits that I deserved. My case was no easy one infact the attorney I had before Mr Earl failed horribly. I want to also thank McDivet for the awesome referral to Steven Earls office. Best SSI attorney ever!!!

I felt kinda by myself with this paperwork and SSI. 2 employees would not Return my phone calls. I never met my attorney....however, I did finally speak with him after I received my 1st payment of back pay. I have worked with attorneys in the past and this definite felt like I was just being sneaky and using Steven Earl's name. Yes that's it. Like I doing something I shouldn't by using his name. On the other hand, I didn't feel like u were being pushy or telling me I had a deadline or some other line of nonsense. So I was pleased either way. Like I said I finally spoke with Steven Earl I guess all is good now.

If I could give no stars I would this is the worst law firm ever!! Thomas earl n staff are so unprofessional they aren't even on the same page with my case at all you would call no answer I would leave messages they wouldn't be returned for a week or longer I never even got to talk to him till the day before court he wasn't prepared at all when my hearing took place . He lost my case he didn't even say nothing at my hearing not nothing one thing if that I was like come on help me hear this took 18mons just for me to wait for nothing n all these good reviews your seeing are fake don't fall for them I'm warning you all don't waste your time seriously my new lawyer was like I'm sorry what happened he even said this was all for nothing n badprobably could represented myself n got some where I felt alone trough the hearing like I was alone basically I was when it came down to it.

I had a social security disability in new york, but moved in Colorado state 1 year later dinite my benefits due to no doctor visits records. Waste of time. Very rude, unprofessional and uneducated staff. Nothing seems important and gets handed off to assistants who are clueless. Go elsewhere and save yourself some time.
