Very unprofessional. There was an incident where the ceiling collapsed in the apartment I rented from them in July of 2022. APM or the owner of the apartment did nothing to help me but remove the debris!!! And as tge office employee stated via text, "I have the pictures to prove it!" They never gave me any indication on when the roof would be fixed, they told me they had to find a roofing company. I asked them via text to reach out to the owner to see if they would help accommodate my family on a hotel because I was paying out of pocket and I was told no. I was told to use the other room if I were comfortable enough with my 3 children in a 2 bedroom. I lost my Queen sized bed, my son's bed, clothing, shoes, my tv, and other personal items that were in the room. They also wouldn't allow me temporarily stay in a vacant apartment when I asked. They told me the vacant apartments were "inhabitable". Then went to file an eviction notice against me because I asked for a prorated rent amount to pay beings that I was a month to month tenant and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I did live there for about 11 days total for the month and had no problembeing held responsible for that. One of the office employees even started texting me on my personal phone, debating and arguing with me and still is till this day because I am voicing about how unfairly I have been mistreated after such a loss. I guess because I am a recipient of Housing assistance I was supposed to be okay with the condition of the hole in the roof that was at least 5-7 feet wide, but no. I plan to continue to fight and take this matter to civil court, but save yourself the headache. DO NOT RENT FROM APM REALTY LLC.,

Eryn S. is one of the worst property managers. Unprofessional to say the least. July 10th I agreed to renew one more year, she sent me the renewed lease August 2nd AFTER my auto pay was already drafted. I asked to have it changed to Sept to Sept to help with the auto pay update change and as I am a renter since 2006 as well as a very busy small business owner, thought this was no problem for her to do would add another month of profit for owner. Nope! Said I was playing "silly games" and I "knowingly paid the wrong amount early". Really? I am on auto draft WAITING on the RENEWED lease. I want the OWNERS of Pinnacle Professional Park to know that I am not renewing lease due to Eryn alone. I am done dealing with her, luckily for APM they have April and NEW GM.

April and Eryn is disrespectful liars ! Do not rent from them ! They will tell you one thing and have another worker tell you something else and next you have something on your background because they are unprofessional rude people ! My boyfriend asked APRIL for the owner number she gonna tell us through the door leave before the police come ! She is not nice she just nice at the beginning !

April is very nice and welcome. She complimented my hair. Application went smoothly. April is professional. She does not talk with an attitude. They let me see someone else place since what i was looking for is not available. They do not force to like a place. Either you like it or not.

I just rented an apt through apm & i have to say April is the best! She's extremely professional yet i feel like ive known her forever & that ALONE is good customer service. Havent had any issues with getting things repaired & its never hard to get in contact with them when needed. Im in love with my new place & plan to be here for a while! Highly recommend
