We dropped a laptop off to see if the audio jack could be repaired. The fee was absurd considering the amount of work involved in opening up the computer and looking at it, but this is the ONLY computer store in town. I made it clear that we would NOT be leaving the computer overnight, that if we decided to have it repaired and they needed to order a part, we would bring the computer back when the part arrived. I was assured that I could have the computer back before closing. He never called with the estimate when he was done. Instead, he waited for me to come back. And then I had to wait while he put the computer back together because he hadn't bothered to do that, either. To add insult to injury, he then implied that with the problem our computer has, it might not boot up--covering his butt in case he'd broken it--even though it was actually ON when we gave it to him. This probably shouldn't be surprising since the entire store is plastered with signs explaining how Apollo Computers isn't responsible for anything at all and all the ways that they won't honor their warranties. If you need an iPhone battery replaced, they're better than driving to Abilene, but for all other needs, I recommend enjoying the drive. This was an expensive and frustrating waste of time.

Excellent service! They had my iPhone screen fixed in less than an hour. Plus the job was done right, at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Paul and his team for any job.

If they told me they didn't have the part for my phone I wouldn't let em check and did nothing to my phone and wastes $27... I know its not much but I don't wanna pay money for NOTHING. Such a disappointing

Took my broken desktop to them about 6 months ago, it was only beeping, not booting. They had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and charged me less than $5. It is still working today and I have since been able to get win10 on the free upgrade. Nice folks.
