If I could give zero stars I would. First of all they had my computer for 3 weeks.Despite the fact that I explained that we desperately needed this computer for work, I kept getting different excuses as to why it was taking so long. We were then informed that it needed a new motherboard and we would need to pay up front for the parts. We decided enough was enough and took it to another repair shop. They had it fixed within 3 hours. The software simply needed to be reinstalled.

It gets a star because I can't leave it blank ! My wife took her phone in to have a screen replaced and what she got back was a very nice apple paper wait after these fools broke it altogether! After taking it to a more reputable company I was told the previous "fix " did more damage then was there . Now my wife is out a phone 📱 due to a lack of attention to detail of where things go ! Save ya self a heart ache and don't use this company
