From the folks in the front of the store to the back there is support for novices all around. Building my first desktop has been supportive and educational. Despite their knowledge they will come down to a level you can understand which helps understanding and making decisions. Prices are great and if you are looking for better then best prices they have used equipment in good condition. I am starting small and for my buck the team is giving me a bang. Not to mention other resources and opportunities to experience on my own and research reliable sources. Thanks Allgen!

First rate service, Josh was super approachable and patiently explained the ins and outs of my technical questions (which for me was a LOT). This is one of the Good-To-the-Core Stores that does right by the customer. Other places might shove useless equipment on you, but these guys will find the best solution at lowest price, demonstrate it in store so you know it works perfectly, how to hook it all up, make sure you understand it (For me that meant they went the extra mile to download drivers to demonstrate a Wacom tablet I was also looking at purchasing)

Very nice place to find older/used computer components. They also offer a variety of packages for any need you may have from building a basic workstation to top of the line gaming computer. There is a bunch of options from video cards to moniters all neatly labeled and to help you find exactly what you need.

The workers really know their stuff, and are straight shooters about buying and selling parts. They're pleasant to talk to, and the selection is pretty good. Obviously online is cheaper, but no one can beat online pricing and if you come in there expecting them to match the Newegg sale price you need to get your head checked. Seriously, every time I go there's always one jerk acting all "oh man, what a rip-off I can get this online for like twenty dollars less". Go get it online then, stop wasting their time. For real. They have upkeep, payroll. Bills. They have to sell it for more.

I needed to have my laptop serviced. Allgen computer techs fixed it quickly and efficiently. It was ready the next day. Their customer service was excellent. Very professional in every way.
