Used Apollo for the past 4 yrs in a row @ my atlantic highlands home every year to pump my septic, not only did they make a mess of my driveway, the gentleman that serviced us was rude the past few times, come to find out they were only pumping the liquids and not pumping out the solids in my tank!! Maher Septic spent 2 hours cleaning my tank and explaining the importance of pumping out properly. BEWARE OF APOLLO!!!!     Margaret/R

Excellent Service, Very Honest!
I own a rental house in Laurence Harbor and have had a few plumbing and heating problems since buying the house in 2006. I have called Apollo every time because of the first experience I had with them. 

A year or two after buying the house the heat went out and I knew the heater was 50+ years old. I expected a huge repair or replacement cost, but instead it was an inexpensive part and reasonable labor cost. I was very impressed with the honesty. 

A lot of people in service businesses know that their clients are in the dark and take advantage of them by fixing or replacing things that aren't broken. You don't have to worry about this with Apollo, they are very honest and are very professional and responsive when you need them in an emergency. I also had them replace the broken sewer line in the rental. 

I don't trust anyone other than Apollo for a job that big!

I had them put in a sewer line for me some years back and when I went down to check the line one day. It was leaking cause there was know glue around the fitting and then I noticed they only hooked up half my house to the new line. The other half was still on my old line.. Horrible craftsmanship what a big shister

Want to applaud the follow through on this company, in spite of an early scheduling snafu where we obviously had a misunderstanding.  The company apologized for the inconvenience and rescheduled, and I am very glad I stayed with them.  Pete came to our house early on the rescheduled day, was polite, professional and courteous, went above and beyond to repair the damaged flooring and piping for our porcelain throne and even offered to retile around the base.    Everything looked secure and snazzy when finished and we are finally able to use the latrine without being hunched on our tip toes anymore!  And they even offered a 10% discount given the earlier scheduling conflict.  Excellent company with affordable prices, highly recommended.
