Have always had great service here. Whether it is just for an inspection sticker or to have my car serviced before starting on a trip or to buy a new set of tires. I have complete trust in these guys and know they are doing what is necessary to keep my car running. They did the service for last car that I used for over 12 years. Have trust in the Manager Dave. Would recommend to everyone in need of car service of any type.

After a flat tire, they took AMAZING care of me. They worked me in at the very end of the day and gave me a great price on the new tire. Customer service is great and the prices are great. I highly recommend!

I had heard great things about this place from a lot of people, but I was extremely disappointed afterwards. I took my car in to get two new tires..not a complicated job. I have special lug nuts on my tires, and I keep the key for the wrench in my glove compartment. These people told me over the phone that they had TWO different people "search" in my glove compartment for the key, but couldn't find it. I now have normal lug nuts on two tires, and special lug nuts on the other two sigh. When I picked up the car I checked the glove compartment before I drove away hey, I'm wrong every once in a while, nope, it was right there on top of my registration and insurance, just like I said. Not sure if they were lying about looking or if they were just stupid. I had to go back in for a refund on the new lug nuts, but they said they wouldn't switch me back to the old ones without charging me. After I left the shop, my car was a mess! It was in worse condition than when I took it in, completely unaligned, I could feel the car shaking as I drove both on the interstate, and on my residential road. I had my husband take the car back in, I was too angry to deal with them. Since then, one of my coworkers has taken her car there, she only needed two new tires as well, when the car came back she had the same problem. I'm not sure why or how these guys can't change a couple tires, but I will never take my car here again. I don't care if I have to wait a week for Marty's to service me, they have been wonderful every single time and I'll never doubt that again.

After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant even as a local. It's been in business for quite awhile but I don't go through tires very quickly. Can't speak to other services but I needed a tire repair and I was in and out in about an hour. The people in front of me seemed to get out quickly and the staff was friendly.

I looked for tires at a reasonable price an no one wanted to sell me tires i wanted, but all wanted me to buy top price tires. I went to app. tire and talked to Andy Edens who took the time to go through all his tires until i found the ones i wanted, and the best thing was the price, much lower than any other shop in the charleston area. If you need tires or work on your car ask for ANDY for good fast service.

Worst tire place ever. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Rude service people. I bought 4 tires from them not 6 months ago. Sidewall blew out on a back tire after 12,000 miles on a 50,000 mile tire. They said I hit something and that I had to pay full price for another.. Awful hard to hit something up on the sidewall of a rear tire. It blew out as I was backing into my parking space in a parking lot, not a curb in sight. My husband says it looks like the tire was weak in that spot and delaminated. These people don't care about the customer, period. Don't buy from them.

I stopped by because I needed to put air in my tires. The gentlemen were so helpful! They made sure everything was good to go and even helped with an additional problem. They went out of their way to help me, even when I didn’t have an appointment or anything scheduled. Thank you so much!

I was a walkin to get a couple of tires on my state car. I know approval for this takes time. I arrived at 1035a. I was told at 1240p we had approval. A few people in and out ahead of me said ' you guys are fast today' . at 135 p I was told they were working on my car. The shop was now empty. A couple more people came in and left. At 215 p I was told not much longer. I left at 240 p. Staff were polite.

On our way from Green Bank, WV to Oklahoma City, we needed to adjust the balance on our tires. The staff was friendly, courteous, and fast to fix the problem! Traveling with three small children across the country is not easy, and this business made our experience an extremely pleasant stop. We were able to eat lunch next door while our tires were PROPERLY balanced thanks to Hibdon Tires Plus in OKC, who failed miserably at it. Thank you so much, we really appreciate your help!

Same day service on tires, alignment, and oil change. They didn't even have the tires in stock but went to another local Appalachian Tire shop to get them. Convenient downtown location.
