Brett and his team took excellent care of my car. My appointment was for a set of tires and inspection. However, it ended up needing both sets of brakes. My car is now safe and I don't have worry. Mr. Tire in Charleston, WV, is now my local garage and I will be back. Thank you!

Be fortunate to have Brett at your location and providing the leadership that he is continue to do for 26 years. Brett is most definitely, the glue that holds Mr. Tire together, so you want to keep him at that location, because you know what happens if you don’t have the glue. His continued commitment to providing outstanding. Customer service is second to none, what I am driving at, is that he is off the freaking chain, just in case, you do not know what this phrase means off the chain, that means Brett has exceeded all expectations and is the best of the best, up there in the elite brackets, he always schedules my appointment by phone and gets me in quickly and provides me with the customer service that is needed in today’s world. I called to get two rear tires for my Camaro and when I spoke to the representative he gave me all of the pricing options and some good suggestions on how to research the tires that would be best for my vehicle. I was able to get the tires ordered and came the next day to have them put on and an alignment. Great service friendly staff! This is my second vehicle within the last year. We have had tires put on, and we will continue to come back!

Customer service is fatantstic. Went in for oil change and state inspection. It passed but they showed me recommendations of things that would be needing done soon. They did not pressure me to have them done. Though they were busy, I have them complete all recommendations which was quit a few. And was still out the door in just a few hours. Highly recomend

I made an appointment online after being recommended here. I was told the wait would be a few hours. When I said that was fine I could wait because I didn’t have anyone to pick me up, the man working at the desk became frustrated with me. He said, “This is why you don’t book appointments online, because you overbooked us.” So I just ended up leaving.

Very nice and worked quickly and efficiently! They helped us find their shop and repaired my tire quickly and made my children feel cared about! Thanks for having a conversation with them and telling them how you fixed the tire!

I was in Charleston on business and had a low tire pressure reading, it’s always an uneasy feeling finding a place you are not familiar with. The staff was super kind, very prompt and had me back on the road quickly. Would highly recommend!!

Wow! What an amazing place! I was traveling from Indiana to North Carolina and I got into an accident in West Virginia! Mr. Tire stepped into action so fast, they were incredible! Brett worked so hard to find parts for my car, calling every place he knew! He found parts, expressed shipped them and my car was done by 2:00 the next day! This place is amazing, the staff is so kind and very hardworking! I would recommend them 100%!

Called to have a tire changed in a emergency and was told they close soon and they wouldn't be able to. Didn't even try to see what kind of tire I needed. And it was an hour before close. So I went to another tire place where they happily served me with an hour left in their day.
