I had a problem with my AirPod my voice doesn’t go through the other side and it was my first time problem with Apple. When I went to Apple, they suggested me to clean the buttom and gave me an appointment in case . I went back two days later at my appointment time and “Christina” took my AirPod to test it and helped me a lot. Then she understood that it’s not my fault and gave me a new one. She was sooo kind and really helpful. If you read this comment, thank you again for your hard work, appreciate it
This is the most sedate Apple Store in Manhattan. Most are chaotic and noisy. The store is in a primarily residential area and so doesn’t seem to see a lot of random foot traffic or tourists. I purchased my new phone here 12/22 and you’d think there would be crowds of Xmas shoppers, but no. The store was peaceful, the staff were relaxed and didn’t seem harried by the amount or temperament of customers of which there were a fraction of the people you’d find at the all the other Apple Stores. The staff was as knowledgeable as they’ve been at the other stores I’ve been to. My purchase went smoothly and without any problems that the staff member I dealt with couldn’t handle. Highly recommended the Madison Ave location for purchasing your new phone or accessories.
As usual, a very helpful staff makes for a great Apple experience! Historical building from the outside gives it character; with a contemporary Apple Store decor on the inside!
Left my personal item after visiting the store to drop of my computer for repair. I realized that I left it on the desk after I got home, so I called the next day. They said they don't have it in lost and found and somebody might have took it. I understand that this kind of stuff happens, the worker might have thrown it out or somebody might have taken it. But the person on the phone had 0 sympathy and offered me 0 possible solutions, don't they have a camera at the store? After I said "Ok.." to him, he just hung up. Literally just dropped the call. I wasn't expecting that at all. Great customer service! apple makes money anyway so who cares about customer service, am I right?
The store it’s self is beautiful and most staff members were helpful. But the girl I got was not great. She made me feel stupid and couldn’t answers the questions I was asking. Simple question…why are my photos not uploading to my iCloud? She didn’t know. I feel like that’s not that hard.
I was assigned to the technician Jerome and he did such an amazing job, getting to the bottom of why my Mac Air's trackpad is not clicking anymore. He was able to fix it without doing any costly replacements!! He also cleaned my laptop so it looks like brand new again~Great job!
Stunning location. Social distancing was kept carefully so it took a little while about 40 min wait and 20 min appt but it was worth it since it all felt safe and organized. I also noticed surfaces and phones were wiped down between customers. I traded in some old devices and got a gift card for the value. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. Overall great experience. Book a reservation ahead of time although you can also wait in the walk-in line. Would recommend.
Visited multiple Apple stores in the city to resolve voucher/ gift card issues. The UES location was by far the most friendly and knowledgeable team to swiftly and willingly, more importantly, help a girl out when she needs help. Special thanks to the two floor managers, Mark and Pinko!!
If I could give a 0 star I would. I was in here to purchase an Apple Watch and had to call a different store since no one wanted to/was available to help. All employees stood at a corner while customers were waiting to be helped. I had waited 3 years for an Apple Watch and this store managed to ruin the entire experience for me. These employees need a lesson in customer service because this has been the worst service at any store I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache and go to another store.
This store is such a disappointment when it comes to service. The venue is great but the service is far from great. Made an appointment to buy a new iPhone14 ProMax. I arrived on time, they let me wait 35 minutes, although several sales professionals are just doing nothing and talking to each other. I asked twice why it took so long and why do they want to make appointments if they can’t keep promise for the time frame. It was such a disappointment experience. I just left without buying a new phone. A few weeks later I wanted to buy an iPad. There was literally one customer in the store. Again they ask me for an appointment. I just don’t understand this policy. They made me wait again for more than 10 minutes! This was the last time I set foot in this store! Zero experience, zero customer service! The only thing they do is social talking with each other, but they forget the customer !
