A miserable company in electronics, they only loot money from customers, no respect for the customer and the treatment is very ugly. I have a broken iPhone that has completed more than three months, and until now I have not found a solution with them. The iPhone carries a warranty. And the manager does not respect the customer.
Too many leaders not enough sales people. Whole bunch of “leaders” standing around making sure everyone is assigned to a VERY FEW sales people. This young girl was trying to help several clients while all the “leaders” stood around “making sure..” Unfortunately nobody got the attention/ service they deserved. I walked out.. Poor management.
If I could give 0 stares I would. The staff is disrespectful. They do not stand by their products. They refuse to help find a solution for a draining battery on a brand new iphone 14 pro. Manager was dismissive and all they tried to due was push product on you with zero solution to the issue.
If you’re going to make someone sign a waiver about backing up their phone, don’t then make them buy iCloud storage and not give them an option to go home and backup. Please don’t allow the Apple “Expert” to be irresponsible and unaccountable when they wipe a phone clean before it was given a chance to backup.
iPhone 11 Pro Battery conveniently fails immediately after Apple Care has expired. Spoke to Chris, he was rude and condescending, pushing hard to sell me a new phone. I am a lifelong Apple customer but their customer service has become beyond reproach.
Went there yesterday afternoon to buy my daughter her first apple mac laptop for school. We have many questions but they are probably busy or have few staff none went to ask as if we need help. We'll try to go there again in few days in the morning.

I walked in and within a minute I was greeted and offered help. I was introduced to Phil and he was a great help and had a positive attitude, by the end I was able to make my purchase, received info on the ipads I bought and was informed about the monthly workshops held in storewhich one was going on while I was there. I am a Google guy but it was an amazing experience dealing with Phil and William, check them out.
I will never step one foot in this place again.I was early for my appointment but somehow I had to wait past my time while employees were walking around or talking to one another.then my problem was I would say simple but when they diagnosed it they said there was not enough information so take it home and charge it and use it then come back and do it again.you would think that they would know something but I guess not.it was just crazy even the manager didn’t know anything she just repeated what the first one said.so I am on my way to T-Mobile to get a Samsung phone and watch good luck to all that have to deal with apple
Staff was super busy but extremely helpful. I never felt rushed and they were able to explain everything in terms that I understood.
