Call it a day!! Done! It's a complete dump!! They have no merchandise!! Shelves are empty, employees seem to be on a mental vacation... Don't go here if you want anything!! This location must be the award winning for worst management team in Best Buy history!!
I visited to check Microsoft surface Pro 6 in display, I must say say Bestbuy is the only place that have large variety of laptops and other computer related items in display with the competitive deals. Staff was very nice, and supportive with adequate knowledge. This was the first Bestbuy store I visited and must recommend.

WORSE BEST BUY! Did not let me trade in phone. Manager was by far the rudest. Kept asking me HOW MANY PHONES DID I TRADE IN. As I repeated NONE. Told me to leave no explanation given. EASILY worse experience. Proceeded to yell and said “you aren’t allowed to shop here.” Will easily cease business with. Staff was helpful. Manager horrible.
Another great visit to BB. Came into BB to get an item that was selling out quickly! I called ahead and spoke to the customer service station, which was extremely kind enough to hold the item with my name on it so it would be there for me to pick up without being sold out. Tremendous help! BB, at this location, has always been good towards with so far all my experiences so far. Thanks for another great visit
I've never been so disappointed and frustrated with a store like i was this one. After buying almost 4k worth of items, they changed the delivery date 3 times with lame excuses and not really willing to help. We had to cancel 2 events that we had planned because of that failure delivery. The 3rd time they tried to change the date again we finally cancel the entire order and left with hard feeling of frustration and disservice, and most of all the waist of time which in the end is of the utmost value! I'm certain that i won't be buying anything at all at this store again!
I must say that as a Best Buy customer since 2003 that the quality of the stores as gone down. Especially in the last few years. They need to do a major face lift on these stores and fast because if you are near a Micro Center, you will see the big difference.
They have the dumbest rule ever that makes zero sense. If you pick up you can cut everyone waiting in line to purchase. I just witnessed 3 people plus myself walk out because they were taking forever to get the items people wanted to pick up. Plus they only have one person working the register and pickup window at the same time. They have many people wandering tge store doing nothing but can't get one person to manage the register and another for the pickup window to speed up purchases. So poorly managed.
The key to good experiences is an all around team showing...!!! I received the treatment from the front door man! attentive good afternoon to the floor sales clerk who was genuinely knowledgeable and suggested options and finally the cashier...I wish I knew all their names because they should hear all their names my bad
Bought a Google pixel 6 pro exactly 17 days ago. The phones screen turned green and I was unable to use it, it's never been dropped, it's been in the case since day one, in fact it was the $60 case that they recommended, I bring it in for an exchange and was told that they don't do returns or exchanges on phones after 15 days... This phone is 17 days old, and I up until this day have been a loyal best buy customer, within the past two years I've brought my daughter a phone, three TVs that were not cheap, a computer, a tablet, and many Google nest items such as smoke detector, door lock, cameras, speakers and smart nest displays.... And I can honestly say, I will never spend another dollar at any best buy ever again..... I now have a useless phone, I have to now send to Google and wait weeks before I can get it back.... However, I will get a new phone from Google while best buy just lost a dedicated customer, especially one who was about to buy another TV, playstation 5, and Xbox X series.....
