No, I can’t recommend the “apple experience”. Buy your Apple stuff online or through 3rd party retailers. Apple folks struggle to cover the cash grabbing mentality that Apple has become. They earn about a MacBook Pro a month and try vigorously to up-sell anything to you. It is like Las Vegas with design.
Went 2 pick up 2 new phones and chargers. The sign in process was a little hectic, but once we got to Mike everything changed. Mike is fantastic. Outstanding customer service. He was always 2 steps ahead of us and took the time to educate us on other accessories.
As opposed to my experience yesterday, today's was sterling, informed and outfitted me well
Ordered online, pick up was very fast and easy even on a Friday!! Yasmin was very helpful and knowledgeable on my new products! I’m so happy and pleased with my purchase!
Horrible service, for accessories Best Buy is the best option definitely!
