I went to this location yesterday, Jan. 10 around 4 something to print out my labels. I already had my pdf document of my label from Avery, I just needed them printed out. One of their store associate told me they do not print labels and nor does any other Office Depot which was a LIE! Stop telling customers false information if you don't know the right answer or just say you don't want to do it. However, I went to the Howell Mill location and they helped me without any problems. I highly recommend their location.
The ladies at the printing service are amazing!! Toya always makes sure we get the best customer service and value for our order she is the MVP! Thank you for everything.
The Office Depot at Lindbergh is the best. They usually have the supplies I need, when I need them. If it's not there, they'll order it, have it delivered to the store and call me when it arrives. The copy center is fast and the sales staff are very helpful. Glad they are in our neighborhood.
I visited Office Depot at Buckhead today and got amazing service and support from Toya. She was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and professional with a smile and cheerful disposition the whole time. I did some printing and Toya helped me start so that it was no trouble to her, whatsoever. I got exceptional service so I will be back. Thank you so much.
Went back again for another color printing project, and Damon again provided excellent service. Several people noticed the top-notch quality of the prints. Thanks again, Damon. Excellent customer service from Damon who helped me with self-service color printing. He showed me how to do it myself, which saved me money. Absolutely pleased with the results. I came into the store to print some items and purchase some things . The other man named Damon wasn't willing to help at all saying he's busy or the back end for printing was closed . This lady Toya went over and beyond to Makesure we got the best service ever . She didn't stop at that but made sure we were satisfied before she let us go . Her level of readiness to help and courtesy wowed us and that for sure will make us want to come back over and over again to this location . Once again thanks to this Jamaican lady Toya for her amazing service .
Items weren’t stocked in proper places. Items didn’t ring up matching advertised sale price on shelf. Huge checkout line.

Toya in the printing department is amazing very helpful and her mood doesn’t change. I come from a customer service background and that to me is important.
Ordering online was convenient, and when we picked up the item, the staff was very courteous and helpful.
