I’ve lived here for a long time now, over a year and let’s just say if I had better credit score I would’ve bounced, left this place awhile back! It’s calmer now but man, do your research before you move
Moved in 5/28/21. We have been thru 3 mgrs and this new one is the worst. She does not know what shes doing. Always has an attitude. Never has the correct amounts when rent is paid. She told me today she refuses to sign my paid rent money order stub. She wrote my initials and the date. I have her signature on my December rent slip. Shes a LIAR. LUXE PROPERTY MANAGMENT is the new owners. LUXE DO BETTER! This managers customer service skills aren't up to par at all. I work in customer service, I'm a mgr for a retail store here in okc and that woman has no C/S. Very rude.
This place has been a nightmare and a half. Minimally once a month the apartment floods, the complex is infested with roaches and since we've been here the past year, there have been 3 different managers atleast! If you're considering this complex or are having hardships. Stay strong and turn away from this apartment complex.
My dad works here he is the maintenance guy Wilson. It’s great We can open the pools whenever we want. He works really hard we used to live in these apartments. It flooded and mold grew on the walls but now my dad and my brother live in different apartments. But they are owned by the same company even though when we lived it here wasn’t really good my dad made this place much better than before. The pool is Cristal clear instead of the dark green my dad really fixed this place up.
I love my apartment here, it's very quiet for an apartment complex but the maintenance issues are getting way out of hand. I've been living without a working kitchen sink for the last month. Also I have only lived here 2 and a half months and have been through 2 different managers and currently have a "fill-in" manager and I am receiving calls everyday about my rent balance even though I've stated multiple times that I WILL NOT pay rent until the maintenance issues are resolved!!a Hopefully the new property management will get this under control because I love the apartment and location.
I absolutely these apartments. The New Management Company had their hands full when they took over this property. The improvements have been extraordinary and still much better is yet to come. Angela is the best Apartment Manager i have ever had in my years of Apartment Living. She listens and she takes care of business. The maintenance works hard to keep things happening!! This is a good place to call home.
I currently live here, I love that it's gated. Parking and maintenance could be better but I love the size of my apartment, the amenities, and that almost all of the neighbors in the three bed apartments all get along and treat eachother like family. They need more maintenance staff to get work orders completed but other than that my experience had been pretty decent now that they've got rid of a couple disrespectful residents.
My mom moved in and THE FIRST DAY there were plumbing issues that resulted in at least one inch of standing water in her apartment. That's not a liveable condition. All of her boxesand stuff was on the floor because she just moved in. Then it took a whole 24 hours for their "emergency maintenance " to come in and rip us some carpet, they didn't even fix the problem or return any phonr calls. Another 24 hours 48 hours since the initial problem was discovered and reported and they finally came to look at the problem. What a joke. I called to ask the manager about their maintenance because our family was thinking about moving there... The manager refused to answer any questions and put my mom- a resident- on the phone. When I called back, she sent the call straight to voicemail and texted me saying she couldn't get to the phone. She then said that she wouldn't discuss my mother's apartment issues with me and that she would call the police on me? For trying to ask questions? I didn't realize that an inquiry about how you run your complex that I was considering to PAY TO LIVE IN was an official offense to be taken up with law enforcement... the lady even went as far as to say I made threats... Because I said I would contact the owner, renter's association and a lawyer if need be... I didn't know taking a proper route and going through legal channels-as a renter- would be constituted as a threat... Seriously do yourself a favor and don't rent from these people. The manager doesn't even perform basic managerial duties like answering the phone and answering questions. If you rent from them, you may find inches of water in your unit shortly upon arrival, and their "emergency" maintenance could take 48 hours to rectify such an issue.
This apartment complex sucks big time. My toilet has been clogged up for two days and they have the maintenance man picking up trash in the parking lot. I ask why they haven’t unclogged my toilet yet and they said we have emergency that are more priority than yours. What like picking up trash in the parking lot omg really!
Lived there a couple years in a three bedroom. Bed bug problems and roaches everywhere. Used to have washer and dryer and internet but took them away, still leaving prices high. Too hard to find parking spots. Dogs are allowed with pet deposit and as lng as on leashes, but some people wouldn't pick up poop. And there was always a sewage smell outside.
