Have lived at this location because of work... Apartment and furniture might be old and worn but place is comfortable, great location, well kept up grounds, good security and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious & comfortable apartment. My family & I were very happy during our stay here. All the staff were very friendly, especially the 2 ladies at the front desk. They were really kind & helpful to us. Swimming pool was lovely too!

What more can be said... Well here we go! I had to move kinda quick to OKC for a min or two.... or three. I was looking for a place that was secure, covered parking and close to my new place of work. Out of many of the places I visited. I was surprised to find this place at the rate. Now I did my research and Walnut Gardens had it all. Affordable, straight line distance to my work, and comfortable. Sadly with COVID, I didn't get to live the full experience of living here. But during my first visit, I meet some of the tenants who had lived and stayed here for years. They have become life long friends and it was because of the BBQ pit that Walnut Gardens had built in the main court yard. So Awesome! During some of the roughest weather that was historic for 2020 and 2021 in OKC. I never lost power... I never had any issues what so ever! It allowed me to help those friends to have cover when they lost theirs. I can't say enough to the staff and maintenance crew here... Thank you for being there when I needed a place to stay during the rough times we all have been going through. I shall return to visit OKC in the future and this is where I will be staying. This place is good for short stays in OKC. Anywhere from a week to 3 months rentals is good. I wouldn't stay here for longer than that. The staff are the nicest people there is and they are always willing to help. The apts are a old but very well taken care of and clean. There's maid service that cleans your room or apt every week and they have free food on Wednesday evening. Low prices compared to other FAA authorized housing and they offer car rentals for very low prices too.

I have been going to OKC for years. I have stayed at the Garden many times. The apartments available range from small economy's to multiple bedroom units. They are older, but are very well maintained. The staff is fantastic, always helpful, and friendly. Any issue brought to the staffs attention is addressed very quickly. Wednesday dinner is a welcome touch. I will continue to return here as I visit OKC.

You will not find a better deal for a furnished apartment in Oklahoma City, I looked hard. Are they a little dated, yes. They are however a good gated apartment complex with a great staff that are friendly AND helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here when back in town.

The rooms are a little dated. Some of the rooms still have older tv sets. Staff is super friendly and took care of all my needs. Towels are clean. Maid staff does a great job.

Not a bad place to stay, but they really need to update some things. The pleather furniture has been there 4 ever, no wi-fi, and the old CRT TVs have got to go. The Wednesday night food and beer are a great bonus! The grounds are well taken care of, and nice and cool with all the trees. The lady that works the desk is super nice and took care of a few issues that I had.

Great value for price. As of this post, FAA long term is $57. For my efficiency studio it cost $37 a night. The only difference is I don't get laundry in my room and my bed is in the common space. Internet including wifi is good right at roughly 39Mbps on 1 speed test and 10Mbps on another, although I'm having trouble connecting/maintaining a connection now. You must request the wifi before or during check in so they can install the dongle. Would be 5 stars but for its age. Also Diane and Donna offered great support.

I stayed here while attending the FAA academy and was pretty happy with my experience. Plenty of parking, weekly maid service, and close enough to the academy so it doesn’t feel too out of the way. You’ll also save a ton of money because it’s one of the cheapest options available. Staff was friendly and professional
