Apple Valley Park - Splash Pad

Very nice park/splash pad. The park area has a good mini rock climbing installment. One quibble I had is that there was good amount of mud in the swing area, so I couldn't see anyone wanting to use the swings for a while. However, overall it seems apparent that there was no spared expenses on the parks construction. Everything is brand new and looks really fun.

Cute little park with a little splash pad. Benches with umbrellas around the splash pad and park. There are functional clean bathrooms and parking right at the splash pad. I had to give it 4 stars because there is a pavilion but it's a long way off from the park/splash pad area. They pictures of the park after from the edge of the pavilion. But there is a trash can and several dumpsters provided. Check all tables and benches before letting kids climb all over them out sitting down as we found a black widow under one of the benches. The only reason I saw her was because she came down into the web that was at one end of the table.

It's great for neighborhood kids, but the water does not stay on and seems like we waited awhile before it came back on. Maybe the timer needs adjusted.

Small park, splash pad, playground, lots of space for kids to play. Young trees, after they grow will be some nice shade.

Well I'm a dumby and took my trip year old here right before dark and it's not lit and my phone was dead so I freaked my self out because I'm a scaredy cat lol but my son was loving it 😁. Oh but we didn't get to play in the splash park part it's winter😉
