Applebee's Grill + Bar

First, we entered through the wrong door of the building but the staff was kind and greeted us and when got to the table which was clean, our waitress Allison greeted us and was awesome - perfect - she quickly took our drink order, then back quick for our food order, then brought waters… she kept checking on us. Her service was stellar. I wasn’t drinking alcohol because driving but my wife’s loved her Captain Bahama Mama. All the items we ordered looked like the menu photos. Great taste. A really nice lunch and fair price point. Oh - and bathrooms are very clean.

Was the best experience I’ve had and my first time here in a while, great atmosphere! Wyatt our server was amazing, he was doing table touches every 5 minutes. Super professional and on top of it, It was super busy and he also had a table done and dash in his section. He dealt with that and everything swimmingly and still made the best of the night! Thank you for making it a great night!

Consistent classic. Idk why Applebee’s gets any hate: I think it’s fantastic, especially this location! My favorite things are the neighborhood nachos and the boneless wings chicken nuggets lol. Just tried the blackened shrimp caesar and was pleasantly impressed. Great spot to go with fam and friends.

I have to say is, don’t have a mask mandate requirement sign on your door and your employees don’t even go by it. Talk about being a hypocrite. All the patrons or at least most wore a mask. Not one single employee wore a mask. The server we had, she was nice and friendly. Food was cold upon receiving it. We just wanted to get out of there as fast as we could.

We got seated right away and drinks. Waited for 15 min to order the. Another 30 for food. I ordered a medium rare steak it came med and was dry. Got a new one and it was almost raw. Very slow service. They were busy but the others tables around us with different server were served before us even though we ordered before. Husbands food was good but again it took forever.

Went here recently, was a good experience. The spicy chicken sandwich was good and even tasted great as left overs. Overall, our groups food was satisfying. Would come back here again. Parking: Huge parking lot

The whiskey burger was very good. All credit card machines were not working.

First off, Quade greeted me the minute I walked in. I thought I only needed a table for 4 or 5, got seated, but then found out I needed 2 more. Nitro was already bringing me waters, and asked how I was and was very friendly. I then asked if I could get a larger table because I had two more guests and he was on it! Said no problem at all! I'll get a couple more waters right away ma'am! He brought me more tableware, waters she helped me set up just a table away. Quade even stopped by and asked if we needed helped, but I only had my bag and sweater, so was okay, but he still made sure things went good. My friends came and we ordered. Nitro had great recommendations when asked about the food and what we could order, and while we were all ordering, the manager, Billy stopped by and asked how we were. He offered his personal recommendations and said he can add anything extra we needed. The food came and was phenomenal! My husband was a little disappointed with the steak size, but he didn't read 8 Oz. Billy came out with another portion and made up for it, and husband was happy! This service was the best we've received even out of the high caliber restaurants we go to often. Because of this service, I'll forgo the expensive restaurants and come here instead! Also, Jason the bartender helped my son with a lower alcohol drink because he's a light weight! Great service! We will be back soon!

other times I had ordered food and it was very tasty but today everything was different the baby ribs are burnt and the mashed potato tastes bad

Excellent food but even better was the service!! Waiter was most friendly. We don't live here in Anchorage but we will definitely come back when we are here
