Sat at the bar. Bartender was attentive. Met some friends there. We all tried the $12.99 ribs, chicken, and shrimp. Sadly the fries were the best part. Ya get what ya pay for. The shrimp... it tasted fine but ya couldn't pick it up without the breading falling off. Grose. The ribs were drive through quality and probably more suited for a Banquet tv dinner tray. The chicken, it was more like BBQ sauce with a side of chicken. It too was kid cuisine quality. I would have given a 1 bet the bar tender was nice. A higher score for her would have been given if it hadn't been for the nasty troll of a server who just paced her section back and forth. The little black girl with dreads and tattoos. She was about as civil  as a drunken Irishman being cut off. Get rid of that troll, there's probably a reason her section was empty.

The only saving grace about this location was our bartender/waiter Zeke. He made our evening. He took care of us and made sure to make it right! Zeke, you deserve a raise! From the moment we walked in, there were over six people waiting to be seated. The hostess was clearly trying her best while a manger couldn't be bothered to help out, no she spent over six minutes adjusting how the bar seats were lined up at the bar. Yes, I understand it was a busy night but seriously take care of the bathrooms. In the Ladies room there is literally feces on the floor in the one stall not littered with toilet paper. When told about the bathroom situation, the waitress and look busy manager didn't seem bothered nor did they address it right away. The food left something to be desired. The rice for the fiesta chicken was terrible, as it was a Chinese based rice. Plus said rice was a mixture of old over cooked and new undercooked rice. The ribeye was overcooked.

One of the worst experiences of my life eating out. The hostess that sat us was rude. Our waitress didn't "see" us for almost twenty minutes,  with my entire party locking eyes with her multiple times. Let alone her stating matter of factly that her shift was thankfully over soon. Took twenty minutes for drinks, and refills...took at least ten minutes to get. Never once were we asked if our food was good,  or if we needed anything else. Doubt I will come back here,  ever.

Run far far far away from this location. We ordered pick-up and everything we ordered was cold and under cooked. My cheese burger was cold, fries were cold in the center, and my husband's steak was so raw I had to fry it to rare.

Awesome place to eat,some staff a little young and seemed to have attitudes and not very friendly but food was good!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family loves eating at Applebee's but this location sucks! We will never go here again. We had a family of 5 and we're sat at a small table. The place was half full and not even busy. Once drinks were ordered it took 10 minutes to get a shake for a child. The salads were brought out and after sitting for 5 minutes with no silverware a 12-year old went and asked the front for some. Never saw the waitress again. Yes we did leave because the waitress never came around again. Although several staff members walked by us and ignored us each time. This is the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. We will not be back.

I had three people in my party and each one of us had more than one thing wrong with our order. Our server was pretty nice but then again she was from another store. The manager didn't offer to comp anything off of our ticket except for one of our orders was completely in editable so she took that off but there were so many things wrong with our order she definitely should have gave us all a discount. And in my experience most places when they do poor job overall on a whole table they discount everyone's ordered if not give it to them for free and offer them coupons for a return visit they did nothing of the sort and seemed really unconcerned with our problems. I don't want to just completely drag them down because are food that wasn't messed up was very good our appetizers were delicious don't get me wrong but our main courses had too many problems for it to be excused.

The service was terrible. I go out for dinner quite often and this was probably the worst service ever. Waited for 12 minutes before we were ever offered a drink. Did not even bring out water. Then once we finally got to order, it took forever to get our order and server never came back. I asked for the Manager to complain and she made me feel like she was annoyed that I was complaining. No apology, just asked where we were seated and stated she would check on our food. No offering for a discount but again most importantly no apology. As much as I use to like Applebees, this will be my absolutely last visit. Just have never ever received such bad service.

The worst service. My husband and I ate there a month ago and there was not enough staff. Food was good and our waitress was really trying. Went there last night with my son and there still wasn't enough wait staff. The employees were arguing about something and we couldn't even get them to acknowledge our presence. We finally walked out. Probably won't go back again. To bad because I like the food and the specials that they have. The food is the only reason they earned any stars.

Microwaved Sirloin Steak. Tasted like a frozen dinner. I love Applebee's and haven't been able to eat out in years. So I finally decided to treat myself on New Year's Eve. Ordered 8oz sirloin with shrimp parm topping. Side of Broccoli and loaded mash potatoes. To go. The steak had no fried or grill marks. It was gray, rubbery, and over cooked asked for med rare, got well done. I am sure it was microwaved. In the past their steaks were thick. This was less than a quarter inch thickness, not sirloin. The broccoli was so mushy that I had to scoop because it would break apart if I stuck fork in it. The only thing I ended up eating was the potatoes. Very disappointed for $20. If I had eaten there it would not have been like that. Seems like they think they can get away with it since it was take out. And at the time I went they were not busy. Never again unfortunately. I never complain either but this was the worst I ever had anywhere. Called to talk to manager and got hung up on 2x and I didn't even complain then, just asked to talk to manager. Manager never came to phone. Thought about calling corporate but that is not something I do. So leaving my experience in rating.
