I’m a fan of the fuddruckers chain and was excited to see one in Omaha! Although quickly realized why this location wasn’t very busy. They are not the same as the brand name I know and love, with some differences VERY obvious like the onion rings that they serve are 100% NOT fuddruckers onion rings. The food was still tasty and the service was fine, but this franchise location doesn’t live up to the brand standard of other locations I’ve been to.
We visited Fuddrucker’s and it was our very first time eating at the chain restaurant. Inside, the floors were clean and the walls ornately decorated. My wife and I had the Buffalo Burger and Fries. I also ordered a Chili Cheese Dog. My daughter had Mac-N-Cheese and Fries along with a Strawberry Shake. My wife and I each had a Diet Coke. First thing to know is that each topping for your burger is at least a buck. So, my $10.99 Buffalo Burger ended up being $13.99 after adding bacon, a fried egg, and 2 onion rings. You will need to ask for pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. Next, they have two hot containers full of cheese sauce: normal cheese sauce and a jalapeño version that tasted just like nacho cheese; it was perfect for fry dipping. They fresh-bake their buns including their gigantic, homemade hotdog buns. The facilities were small, but clean and accommodating. My opinion regarding the food is that it’s expensive for what you’re getting. Also, my Buffalo Burger was bland, which surprised me because it’s somewhat exotic and more expensive than a regular burger. The Chili Cheese Dog had a kick to it, so if you like spicy... Overall I would rate the cleanliness a 10/10. I would rate the taste of the food 5/10 and the quality of the food vs. cost a 5/10. Therefore, after adding it up, that’s a 20/30 = 2/3 = 66% = D+. I probably won’t be a regular customer.
You are able to duine-in. They do have certain tables closed for distancing. Nancy, who took our order and served us was very nice and polite. Really good fresh food. Salad bar is currently closed. Definitely recommend.
Don't know how much longer this will be here I hope it stays love it. Staff are extremely nice and helpful and for the prices it's a pretty deascent burger.
This had been a 5 star place. My husband and I live in Lincoln but loved to eat at Fudd's. That is until tonight. My husband ordered the 3 cheese 1/3 lb burger med-well and I got the ribeye steak sandwich med. This is our usual order here. Tonight, the toppings bar was scarce and pitiful. The tomato bays were empty except for 2 end pieces. The pickles, banana peppers and onions were completely dried out. The lettuce was warm to the touch. On top of that, both of the hot cheeses jalapeno asks regular were near empty. The photo is of the regular after 2 pumps. The jalapeno one gave little bits in an air burst but they were obviously near empty. Upon receiving the food, the first thing we noticed was different buns no big deal. Upon closer inspection, the buns weren't just grilled lightly, they were crunchy. Once seated we passed on the toppings, the first thing I noticed was the amount of fat on my sandwich see images. There were no knives avail so I had to use 2 forks to separate the edible portion from the fat. Now I know it's a ribeye so there will be some but this was beyond excessive. After I seperated one portion of meat from the glob my husband suggested a photo. The pic with the steak mostly intact was after the removal of one small piece equal to the bulb of meat in the bottom of the photo. The other photo is of the collective fat/grissle that remained after nibbling though what we edible. Now if you think it can't get any worse... Hang on! When one of the female associates behind the counter looked in the hot cheese pots, she announced to the other associates that they "just needed to add more water", so adding insult to injury. The only bright spot of the meal was the fries. As usual, those did not disappoint unlike everything else. We contemplated dessert but didn't want to risk the shakes being "watered down" I/we don't plan on returning any time soon.
Amazing food! Got the ribeye burger. Produce is super fresh, buns are seasoned, fries are crispy and thick. Just great overall.

Nice and friendly staff. The fries were great but I wasn't impressed with the burger especially for the price. However I would still recommend people to try it and decide for themselves.
Good fresh food and an impressive assortment of toppings.
