Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went here for my mom's birthday. It wasn't very crowded, which is a shame because the food was amazing. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, and everything was great. I ended up with leftovers, and even after being refrigerated and reheated, it was still good. I would definitely recommend.

I was the only person sitting in the dining area and it took nearly 40 minutes forever to get my order. The waiter said they were cleaning the kitchen. I asked if the food was coming, and if not, I could go. He said my order was coming up in 5 minutes. I ordered the blackened Cajun Salmon. When I was finally served my food, the plate was hot, but the salmon was not. The potatoes and veggies were cold. I asked for the Manager. When she came to my table, I told her about the food. I informed her that the temperature of the food was dangerous, and told her my stomach was feeling funny. She offered to re-cook the order over. After about 15 minutes, a waitress brought the plate back. It was so disgusting. They should have been embarrassed to serve food that way. It was evident that the food had been scrapped off the plate and nothing had been re-cooked. The waitress brought me the same plate I had originally eaten from. See attached photo. I asked to see the Manager again. She came back and I was upset. I asked her why would you serve me something like this. She had no explanation, was nonchalant about it, and said she was going to comp the order. I left. My stomach is messed up from Applebee's negligence. They're making people sick and need to be sanctioned, by Cobb County Health Inspector.

GREAT service by Morgan! I had been to an Applebee's in as far as I can remember, anyways, the atmosphere, area, food, service is all what I remember a good Applebee's! I'm happy I have this place!

Ordered take out. Dine in wait was 45 minutes due to short staff. I was greeted by the host and led to the back to pick up my meal. Food was hot, and delicious. Thanks.

I ordered the unlimited boneless wings and I realized that my wings were raw after eating about four of them. I told my server about the issue; then the only thing she said was that she notified her manager and no further actions were taken after that. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience.

Came into the restaurant for the endless boneless wings and bottomless fries. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed that their were only six customers. I’m thinking great service will be amazing…. Boy was I wrong! It took twenty minutes to be seated, the waiter took our order sitting down in the booth across from us and took another twenty minutes to bring out three glasses of water. My sister and I ordered the boneless wings and bottomless fries. Once the food arrived it was indeed hot and fresh but was missing the coleslaw as advertised. We both placed an order for a second round order and we given a small plate with 6 boneless wings. No bottomless fries or coleslaw. The waiter didn’t even refill our waters!

All of our food came out actually cold and there were 5 of us. Not one of us had warm food. The server had a low key attitude that made us feel like we were bothering her any time we asked for something. It was pretty empty on a Friday night and it was quickly made apparent why.Food: 3/5

Walked in and waited at the door to be seated, like the sign stated. I waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all. I ended up ordering online afterwards and ordered curbside to go. No one came out with my order so I called the store. The worker said to come inside to get the order. Kind of makes the prospect of curbside to go useless. I went inside and stood another 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. Finally the manager saw me and "scolded" her employees for not doing anything but making jokes in the kitchen area. Took another 8 minutes to receive my food. I will not be going back to this Applebee's location and wouldn't recommend it.

Came in for a quick drink and app. Took them forever even acknowledge us and to seat us. The entire place was basically empty. The food was quick coming out and what was expected. The boneless wings were pathetic and sad. Took forever to get the check because everyone was in the back. Not sure who manages this place but they need to up their standards on customer service.

Please be warned if you’re going in there to go to the bathroom right off the highway they will be rude.If they put up a sign that said eat in customers restrooms only we would have gone elsewhere. I understand their need for service but customer service should be number one as well. I walked in almost peeing my pants sitting on the highway for two hours in severe traffic. They are located at the exit and are promoted as a rest stop There was NO ONE eating inside. Waitresses were braiding each others hair. We would have stayed for lunch but they were so rude to us we decided it be best to leave. We had to apologize for our inconvenience of bothering them. Parking: A lot of open parking spots for a reason!
