Hoyle's Kitchen + Bar

I've never been during a game but I've heard it gets super crowded . We have been coming here once or twice a month for a while now as it conveniently located near our home. The best feature is the outdoor patio with mini golf and other games- the kids have something to do. While they haven't yet cooked my burger properly medium- first time was bright red in middle, last two visits medium well was burnt/dry- closer to extra well the fries are awesome and their cocktails are on point. We always get decent service although could be quicker sometimes. Update: the last few times that we've been we've had an amazing service and delicious food. They're really getting it right lately!

Very good location. I had pulled pork tacos with chips, and although the meat felt dry, the service was top notch and prices are not expensive. Came here mainly because it was close to my work place, and it was recommended as a prime location to watch WC 2018 matches; wasn’t disappointed. Many screens aired the v game which turned out to be a classic. Place is also cool not too cold, not too warm and well-organized with allowance for individuals and groups to set themselves up. Above all, the waiters were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I’m sure that they’ll have excellent items on their menu with much better taste, because my meal not being as great as I expected was my only disappointment.

Wednesday night trivia! I rarely give 5 stars, but after my first visit I would really love to come here again. Very open, separate game room and bar in the back, covered patio, too! Lots of tv screens, and board games! Huge drink menu with lots tap beers. Food menu has enough variety. Wish I lived closer, this could be a fun regular hangout!

The atmosphere and the service was stellar, their California burger not so much. The macaroni and cheese tasted like it had swam in sage and oregano. It feels like they were trying to go for savory and missed. I haven't tried the other meals on the menu so I can only speak for what I had. Would I go back? Definitely, just maybe a different meal this time.

We were excited to visit Hoyles. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat. The food was absolutely amazing and service was unbeatable. The staff is so friendly it’s hard not to have a good time. We had the cheese dip with tortilla chips, Mac and cheese and two burgers. Every bite was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!!!

It was tasty. The nachos were absolutely worth it. Food was great and the people were nice. Drinks kept getting poured. No complaints. Except the dart board needs a cork backing to it.

Nice place to hang out. Staff was very friendly. We went early on a Friday night, and there were lots of kids there. Seems very family friendly, and they even have games for the kids to play. Will be back.

I wanted so much to like this place. Great atmosphere and interesting food choices on the menu. But everything we tried was underwhelming. My boyfriend and I both had burgers, I ordered mine medium and it came out well done. He ordered medium and his did come out pink. It still tasted okay but nothing stellar. My boyfriend's bacon on his burger was tough to chew through in some places. And the cheese they use for their mac and cheese is really weird. Not sure if they were trying for a Cajun flavor, but doesn't quite get there. The prices were also on the high side especially for what seemed like mediocre offerings once you get past the fancy marketing menu. We might try brunch to see if maybe we just didn't order the right things. But it was just underwhelming all around.

This was the most amazing burger I've had here in Atlanta. Hands down check my reviews I eat a ton of burgers. But this by far is the greatest. The salad was also amazing!

Service after 10PM on a week night remains below reasonable standards. When you have to call the bartender on your cellphone to get their attention... well go figure. Eating late and solo I was told to seat anywhere and they'll get me a menu. After ten minutes I've already downloaded their pdf version still no service in sight Food ok but not impressive good size wings, out of fried so they offered smoked and choose a flavor = 3 out of 5. No celery or carrots. On the upside the manager came and apologized for the lack of service and she picked up my tab and offered a complimentary appetizer on the next visit. To be fair I will revisit sometime soon, let's see how it goes with the lunch or early dinner crowd.
