I called Appraisal Center of Middle Georgia to ask a few questions about how appraisals work. Not only did Jody Cagle take time out of his busy day to answer all my questions but he also helped educate me on the home buying process in Middle Georgia.

After completely missing one appointment and being over four hours late for the follow-up, Jody Cagle charged my finance company an extra $125.00 for having to re-schedule and come back a second time. Jody was instructed to call my son upon arrival, (who was in the house studying for an exam), but left his number at the office and did not summon my son to the door. I appealed to Jody several times, including phone call and registered mail (which he refused) to no avail. He still owes me $125.00. Jody charged the extra fee, simply because he could do so, even though it showed extremely questionable character to do so, as he knew the charge would be passed along to me, the borrower, If given the choice, STAY AWAY FROM the APPRAISAL CENTER of WARNER ROBINS!!!
