My husband and I had a fantastic experience with auto galaxy. We flew in from lanai for the day to look at a car, Ken was extremely helpful, as were his staff. He made sure that we got an appointment with the bank right away, drove us to and from lunch, and we had everything wrapped up and finished by the time we had to fly back to lanai that day. Ken took care of setting up shipping for the car, and when it arrived on lanai it was sparkling clean; he communicated with us during the entire process. We felt really taken care of. Me and my gf purchased a car few days ago with the help of Ken and he was really nice and helpful with the whole process of getting us the car we wanted. From getting good deal to paying off the car, everything went very smooth and fast.The mechanics were really welcoming and nice too and helped us with fixing the car when it had problems. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They sold me my car when I moved on island. Got a good deal and they swapped out the tires and fixed the clicker before the sale was final when I called out that they needed to be fixed/replaced. Very friendly staff. Ken is awesome. When I sold my car recently, they helped me and looked at my car first to give me a second opinion on what repairs were needed. Great cars, great place, great staff.
