The Apria staff who called us about getting our wheelchair did not emphasize that the product can be delivered. She spoke about when we could pick it up versus offering if we would like to pick it up or have it delivered. I felt that she was pushing for us picking it up more than offering the delivery option. Otherwise she was pleasant but that part of the service I did not particularly like. Especially it is for a wheelchair where transportation can be an issue.
I have dealt with Apria Healthcare for a good amount of time. The customer service department is poor and not willing to inform you on the latest of the back order that is going on the cpap machine. When i got the call for the copay for my cpap. I was not informed that the backorder was pending. He was quick to take my money without properly informing on the inventory issues. When i did call back the first agent couldnt find my order. told me to call back Kaiser. the second belittled me and gave me a supply and demand lesson over the phone. I also supply a demand. basically my 180 co pay was to hold my place in line. Kaiser is also at fault here. The third agent when i called back on the 11th was glorious. she was on it. so here i am waiting for cpap that might never come in.
I had a nightmare experience with trying to get my new device from another group. Apria was efficient and very timely to get my device delivered. Adoption and account creation was very easy to put it into use/adopt therapy. Kudos for Apria brining an good end end to a nightmare process other companies created.
Unfortunately, I cannot give a proper review of the device as shipment is delayed due to global supply issues. However, the representative I spoke with was sincere, clear, helpful, and knowledgeable; and I have been kept apprised of developments with my prescribed device.
This company is no good! My doctor told me they will be approving the cpap machine however this company did not order the mchine until i pay my co-pay of 150 dollars. 20% and waited 2 weeks to call me before they order. I have to wait 10 weeks for machine i needed badly. I wish i have other option why kaiser?
The service is very excellent. Customer service is friendly. Very fast delivery for my breast pump. The breast pump quality is excellent and brand new, so pristine!!! Love it!
Never received a face mask with the CPAP! I had to call and was told I had to order another mask through them. I've yet to receive it. Aside from that, good experience.
Worst company committing FRAUD. Charging me a copay when we never got the product, so ILLEGAL FRAUDSTERS. They sat on an authorization for over 7 days and did nothing. Staff is rude and No clue what they are doing. Still waiting for refund!!!
Received my first piece hose of my cpap set up immediatley, but I have not received anything else since and it has been over a week...
Very prompt service of a walker delivered to my home for an upcoming leg operation. The driver was very pleasant and personable.
