I worked for this company and let me tell you this one packaging supervisor whose been there for 18 plus years is totally unprofessional and rude! Working here was a nightmare and I literally would never step foot back in that place. I thought moving to another section would be better and it wasn’t. I have ptsd from that place. Especially because all I wanted to do was my job and those supervisors just wouldn’t let you.

I needed a simple buffer in very small quantities 100mL So small, that they could have mixed my request with spare grams in the lab. Instead, I received a quote for over $1/mL. That's the price of pure mercury. Insulting and rude.
